The seats were comfortable. And for long movies much needed. As short person, who doesn't want to be stuck behind a tall person. I do not like having seating predetermined. What if you're seated next to an obnoxious person, you move and then someone says you're in their seat. And even if you buy in person, you have to choose a seat before you go in. Also while we were watching the movie. We could hear construction work at the peak of the movie. At first I was confused and thought it was part of the movie it was so loud. It was distracting. Read moreTHE GLEN TOWN CENTER's brick ambience is reminiscent of 1950 shopping in Chicago. Lots of small shops and restaurants. There is easy nearby parking.
Growing up on Chicago's South Side, I remember running errands for my Mom on 79th Street. I'd stop by the bakery, the meat market, or the grocery store.
The only thing missing from this loving re-creation is a Dime Store and Street Cars.
Parking is free. ADA spaces are provided.

Read moreThere is not enough parking already. Why would this place take up more spaces to put tables only in certain areas. No wonder restaurants come and go in this place like people change their socks. How many are closed again right now? It would be a nicer place is the parking wasn't so ill thought out.

. In the infinite wisdom of the Glen shopping center they have eliminated even more parking and made it even more difficult to park. Again no wonder this place is a revolving door than a ghost town...
