UPDATE shortly after posting this review I received shipping confirmation on my back ordered item as well as an additional follow up email from Dylan letting me know my item was being drop-shipped from their store order to get to me faster. WOW! Now that I have my piece (well packaged, gorgeous, triple ratchet for the smoothest hits) I am so happy with the entire experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

710 pipes has outstanding customer service! I placed an online order over the holiday weekend and within an hour of placing my order one of their employees, Dylan, reached out to let me know that there was an error on the site and the piece I ordered was not in stock. She left a detailed message and we were able to transition to email and found a solution that works. She was kind and gracious with her time and my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, I truly felt that she was trying to help me and not just make a sale. She provided a wide range of possible solutions from alternative pieces, to waiting on the back order, or a full refund. She took care to note that I was shopping the sale and made sure the alternatives were within the same style as well as price range and was also able to offer a discount when I considered upgraded pieces. I discovered 710 Pipes a few months ago. They actually had several Custom Creations (C2) pieces that I was interested in. I inquired about them and 710 Pipes responded within an hour. I am a Retired Veteran and this business is definitely Military Friendly. I have purchased quite a few pieces from them and to date, I have not had one problem with ANY of my purchases. ALL pieces arrived packaged very well, definitely with care. My orders typically shipped within 24 hours, if NOT the same day. 710 Pipes makes me feel like a valued customer. They constantly remind, that if I have any problems, concerns or questions, to simply call or send them an email. They have EXCELLENT customer service and people's skill. Most importantly, they listen before they advised. They have even gone as far as writing me personalized notes thanking me for both my service and purchase. You can bet your bottom dollar that I will continue to do business with 710 Pipes in the future. They have some VERY nice and reasonably price 420 and 710 pieces. Absolutely amazing experience! I bought a bunch of MouthPeace filters and they gave me a discount for buying in bulk which is very nice. Such a great atmosphere and amazing team of people that are very welcoming and definitely go above and beyond. I was looking for a new water pipe that has glycerin on the inside so that you can freeze it for a seamlessly cool smoking experience. They told me they have them, but they sold the last one and didn’t have any more. A few guys from the back heard me inquiring about this and they popped their heads out to let me know they just got more in, and they just need a second to go through and open the boxes to get them out. All the pipes were 50% off and I got such a great deal! Shoutout to everyone that went above and beyond and helped me that evening. Tarrah, Thomas, Levi and Russ!
