We are going into our 15th year with Vision Computer Solutions! That's something to celebrate in the ever-changing IT industry. Vision has remained rock solid in supporting our IT needs. We rely on them to maintain our network & network security, as well as our Backup & Disaster Recovery management. They maintain all of our user workstations both onsite and remote, and assist in software upgrades, updates & installs. Their Help Desk services are available 24/7 - whether onsite or remote. When power is out after hours at our office location, Vision notifies me of the offline server before I even have to set foot on premises to find out.

Vision handles our phone, website, email encryption and ISP vendors - which means we have more time to do what we do well because we can leave the "Tech Talk" to them. Most importantly, they give me peace of mind - knowing they are behind the scenes making sure we can work smoothly and securely, is above all else the weight of their worth.

Unfortunately Vision did not properly support our account when we transitioned to them a few months ago. They left our previous providers account active in our system, many of our machines did not have the previous vendors monitoring software removed and visions installed, the backup of our information has not occurred for more than 45 days and I had to notify them, active directory was never cleaned up from out previous vendor, and the list goes on. In addition there were no security group setup to limit access to certain websites and streaming services - something our new vendor did from day one. They definitely have the right intent and the techs are very nice, however the execution leaves much to be desired. We were Leary at first because we were one of their largest customers in total seats. Smaller companies...

They have been proactive in making technology suggestions, keeping us up-to-date on new technologies, worked with us on pricing and taken all the pain and stress that comes with managing an inhuose IT department.
