Lush Cosmetics SoNo Collection — Attraction in Norwalk

My husband and I have been Lush customers for over 10 years now. We have traveled across the country and been to many stores and this is definitely one of our favorite locations. We have come here for almost 2 years and always look forward to seeing Kate and their team. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable while also giving us the space to browse.

A huge shout out to Kate as they always take their time to speak in depth about new products or recommends their favorites. They also have such enthusiasm and passion about items they talk about or the samples they hand out. I am always excited for a visit but I know I’m going to walk out with something great whenever I chat with Kate. During our last visit, we left with knot wraps, body washes, and hair care that we were so excited to use.

We recently hosted our Elementary School aged daughter's birthday party at the Lush in the SONO Collection, and the store and staff couldn't have been more helpful or wonderful. I wasn't certain as to the final count (because it's hard to get RSVPs now!) and the team worked with me to accommodate a range of guests, my daughter was able to pick out games and activities, and the creations and concoctions the kids would craft. The kids were chaotic and their energy was high, and the team handled them with grace and aplomb. We were able to bring in outside food, and when our group outgrew the table space for eating, they creatively found ways to seat the kids. Very cute store with a wide variety of delicious bath, skincare, and even some makeup products. They are handling COVID-19 by operating at a limited capacity and requiring customers to wash their hands with a free sample of soap upon entering. Customers can even keep their soap sample if they like it, or opt to purchase more. They also pick up for products ordered online. I used this to purchase a Christmas gift and it worked very well; I did not even have to enter the store because they brought my gift to the front.
