I had my son's birthday party here recently and I had to give myself some time to "cool off" before I write this review. When the pizza arrived, there was only two pizzas for 15 kids and it was not enough.I went to talk to the manager about the situation, and his response was " yeah,2 pizzas are enough for 15 kids".I was mortified! He did not offer any solutions to rectify the situation, as a matter of fact that's the only response I got from him.I told that he had to be kidding me,and he said no, it's a large pizza.I was mortified! My son is 8 years old, and most his friends are around the same age,and there was not enough food.So when I approached the manager I expected some kind of resolution, since it says in the birthday package they will provide food for kids along with juice boxes and water.Even if the manager had a little friendlier approach as in "I'm sorry about the miscommunication, how can we rectify the situation we have on hand here...we can offer you additional pizzas for a charge...I wouldn't mind paying for it, and the situation would have been rectified on my end.I already paid a hefty fee for the party to be there. The issue here is not the payment, it is the fact that you're organizing my party and I have a bunch of hungry kids waiting for more food and I trused you to organize this event for me and my guests that are looking at me like- is there more food coming? We ordered additional pizzas but had to wait another 20 minutes in between for it to arrive there, which for 2 hr party window is a lot! The other smaller issues were not providing good quality plates.Plates were paper-thin plates that kept folding over(I was just waiting for one of the kids to drop the cake on the floor),and not enough cups for the soda.Had to ask twice to get more cups out so my guests can get their drinks. For these reasons I will never return to this place! I understand that you need to make money, but if you're charging me over $550 to have party at your place, the least you can do is work with me on the issues when I approach you with legitimate concerns. And no,two pizzas is not enough for kids that age.I looked at other places and proportion sizes, and you should too if you want to stay in business .There are small things you do for your customers to make their day a lot better and stress free and it all starts from you and your...
Read moreWill not be retuning here. I was there for a birthday party with my kids and one of my kids has cerebral palsy. There was a trampoline and she usually enjoys those so I took her off her chair and sat with her on the trampoline. She enjoys having the other kids jump around her. My daughter cannot walk or sit up without assistance, I was there for maybe 15 mins or so before I hear this loud announcement over the intercom, pretty much singling us out, basically saying that nobody should be sitting on the trampoline. All eyes were on us after that. No one should ever feel the way they made me feel at this establishment. The manager could’ve simply just walked up to us and asked us if we were gonna be there long. Another parent was in there with her daughter and we were all enjoying it together. I took one ignorant person to make a complaint and for the manager to feel the need to say. I hope that in the future they’re more sensitive to these type of situations because I would never want a parent of a child with special needs to feel the way...
Read moremy toddler had the worse experience
i want to express my disappointment with the experience my toddler and I had at your facility today. We drove all the way from Joliet to come and play, but when we arrived at 11:15, we were told that the playground was only open for people invited to the party. This news was especially upsetting to my 3-year-old, who was excited to play and had already seen other kids playing inside. He became very sad and started crying when we had to return to the car, and I struggled to explain to him why he couldn't play like the other kids. I understand the need to reserve the playground for private events, but I think it would be helpful to communicate this information more clearly to potential visitors. Perhaps a sign at the entrance or a notice on your website could help avoid similar situations in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope you can take this into consideration and make some changes to improve the customer experience at...
