I walk in This place Norridge Tobacco asking if there was a different kind of kratom and the guy behind the counter just puts a bottle in front of my face and said "here" I asked him what made it different and what's in it and he just said "it's kratom" I tried to peel the sticker so that I can read the facts but he wouldn't let me. Meanwhile somebody came in while I was interacting with him and stood behind me. So I said "okay you can keep this bottle." And then I pointed to the brand that I'm used to getting and I said "I'll take this over here." And then I started walking toward the product to stand in front of it. I look back and he is taking the man behind me. He says "hold on" when he looks at me. I found that to be so disrespectful I walked out. I'm not worth his time and neither is my money. Second thing: About 2-3 years ago this store was selling fake Juul pods. Ever since then I have never shopped at this store. Take your business elsewhere cause the Arab employee will argue with you that there is no return policy. I opened the pack of variety pods right in front of him after I bought them. I watched him flustered trying to explain to me why the juice inside the pods were brown/black. It’s embarrassing that this store will rather get mad at the customer who is being scammed then just come correct. Somehow the employee was so committed to selling the fake juul pods that he started getting aggressive towards me and told me to leave the store.
