Drip n Sip — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

I went to try to get a few drinks at 8:50 on 9/30 but was greeted by an empty store. I waited for several minutes and then two young ladies walked inside. Completely ignored me gave each other funny looks did not say hello. Did not address me when I told them that it was rude. They did not seem to care. I told them that I’d rather not support the business upon walking out they were laughing and then talking about how I wanted to be addressed and an apology for their lack of customer service. Will not be back Horrible Customer Service. Wish I could have tried the drinks but here we are. To the owner please train your employees on customer service as well as to stay inside of the store....

I usually don't leave reviews and honestly, I hate to do this, because the coffee is good here but I just got three different types of cakes, and all of them tasted very off.. like no where near what they're suppose to taste like.. the pistachio one even made my boyfriend throw up.. which is scary.. honestly it was close to a cleaning solution taste.. they REALLY don't taste right at all to me.. Like i wish i could some how get a refund cuz they're like 7$ a piece.. and they dont even have a contact number nor does it show the ingredients anywhere so I cant even see what it might have been.. so unfortunately im not gonna go back.. Drip n Sip is definitely a place worth visiting. The strawberry and banana fruit freezies were delicious, and the caramel dream coffee was absolutely amazing. What made the experience even better was the service, the girl who helped me was wonderful, super patient, always smiling, and with the best attitude.
