Cons: Theatre is not the most up to date in terms of decor. Does not effect the quality of the movies, just looks a little old. Pros: All movies are $8.50. These are first run movies. You cannot beat that price with a stick. Concessions are the usual movie theatre price...unless you get the unlimited refills popcorn. $6 for a bucket of popcorn you can butter and salt yourself. Again, hard to beat that. Restrooms were clean and well maintained, parking was ample and the staff was very nice. Theatre seats are comfy. They do not recline like some places I have been, but the legroom was sufficient so I was not bothered much. Overall, we will definitely return and see movies here. We have not been to any other theatres on O'ahu yet but the prices here are just too good to pass up. I can handle the slightly out of date interior given how close to home and price of this theatre. I recommend giving it a try! Uodate as of 6MAY22: No more masks or vax cards required. The interior of the theatre has been totally updated. The food selection is restaurant like and they now sell beer. Seats have been replaced and are very comfortable with powered reclining option. We will definitely be going back! Update as of 16JUL22: They have added some desert items to their menu. We did not buy any but they look delicious! Update 3DEC22: Still a great theater, comfortable seats, excellent food and the workers are super nice. They currently have classic Christmas movies every Saturday (we saw "A Christmas Story" there today) and I highly recommend going. Update as of 30APR23: Still the best place in town to catch a movie. Food is great, beer and wine for sale here also, soda is also very good. Seats are new, clean and comfortable. There are standard seats and recliner seats, both are nice. Consolidated also has classic family movies and a slew of classic movies (Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Friday the 13th, etc...). Workers are friendly and helpful too. You cannot beat this place. We'll be back! Update as of 16JUL23: Still an excellent theatre. Workers are friendly, prices are very reasonable and the food & drinks are awesome. They also have sale events for $20 free when spending $100 on a gift card. As before, we'll be back! Update as of 22MAR25: Consolidated has a thing with playing old movies. Happened to catch "Hoosiers" here on a Saturday. Love the little things they do. Still fair priced movies, good food, good drinks and comfy seats. Will be back. Update as of 28JUN25: Prices are $11 for regular run movies, although there are deals for matinees and what not. Still a great theater with an excellent selection of tasty food. Will be back!

A week ago back on February 27, 2022 there was a big grand opening party with flashing lights and loud music and a hawaiian witch doctor conducting the ceremony. When i arrived i was told by the Securitas company employee (see attached photo) that i was not allowed to attend and grand opening and partake of some of the delicious roast pork they were serving. I was given false statements about the event by him to throw me off. He then told me the grand opening was going to be next mont on "March 4, 2022". So i asked why do you tell me it will on the fourth of March when your sign said the third of March. He then gave me more false misleading statements after statements. And kept giving me more and more misleading statements after statements and plenty of it. Or should i say full of it. Needless to say when March 3, 2022 and March 4, 2022 came there was no opening, no nothing. I've been deceived. Why would anyone give a date and time of an event in which it will take place that is after the actual date of the event? You the reader can judge what kind of place this is. I would sanction and bouycot them. You be the judge of things.

Havent gone to the movies since pre Covid so when I heard about the $5 Mahalo Tuesdays I decided to give it a try. Ordered the seats online which was a smart move since the ticket booth was closed and the machines on the right side of the enterance was also out of order. Walked up to the theaters after grabbing some popcorn and drinks and the attendant simply scanned the bar code and told us what number the showing was playing at. Theater was clean, seats were reclining and comfortable and ac was perfect. Security waa also patrolling the parking lot too so that was a plus. 5 stars🤙🤙

Bad energy. Sketch, dim parking lot. Inside lobby was chaotic, greatly understaffed undertrained and overwhelmed employees. Worked through high school/college years for a movie theater that my dad managed we’ll and occasionally would come across a franchised theater that couldn’t keep pace, even with major optic improvements. Similar vibe. Concessionaires were helpless, exhausted and unable to process customer orders efficiently via online app or in person. Lobby traffic wasn’t heavy, but kitchen and front service food items were backed up, which made lobby appear busier than it should have. Frustrated customers standing around waiting a long while for their orders, missing out on what they paid to experience-a Movie. At one point an ill-mannered team leader climbed up on a chair behind the counter and angrily yelled toward customers, ‘There’s TWO lines’!! What!? Customers had to watch where they stepped, floors had gobs of melted butter and popcorn everywhere and keiki running through it. Crazy, hectic scene for what should have been a low vibe, midweek evening show. Pro Tip: If you bother to, request your receipt when you purchase concessions and ensure it’s correct. Had a question about a charge that I noticed on my mine for a (free) reward item that needed to be reversed and charged correctly. I would not have known, but my cashier acted shifty and wasn’t straight about his answer, telling me instead that his ‘register was broke’ and caused the error. He also chose to slip off with my debit card right after the transaction and into a back office for a minute without an explanation. Big customer service industry no-no. Tapped a lobby team member for a quick chat with one of a few managers that night I was told, yet 25 minutes later (and into the first quarter of the movie)…couldn’t make it happen. Informed to request a customer follow up text, email or call via the Consolidated Theater app, received back a follow up ‘survey’. Mahalos for the wake up call, Consolidated. Why settle? Moving...
