Eciggity — Attraction in Oʻahu

I’ve never visited the actual shop, seeing as how I live in Georgia. But, I did place a $60 order with Eciggity upon reading nothing but great reviews on Reddit. I placed my order on April 20th. It processed & shipped the same day. I got my order on April 27th. It took only 7 days for my new mod to get to me all the way from Hawaii in the middle of a global pandemic. I’m honestly still shook. The last time I ordered vape hardware online, I ordered from a vendor in California & it took 3 weeks! Vendors need to take notes on how Eciggity does business — Processing & shipping is lightning fast with these guys even with them being based in Hawaii. Another great thing — My order came in absolute pristine condition & everything was authentic. All of my things were wrapped in bubble wrap individually so, everything was perfect once it got to me. Just had an unfortunate experience here with whom I assume to be the owner or manager lady. I was purchasing two Orion vapes which have been known to continue pulling long after removing the vape from your mouth (or what I would consider auto firing). The gentleman assisting me tried to troubleshoot the vapes and I'm very appreciative of his help. HOWEVER, when the lady came out she informed me that "auto firing is when the vape randomly fires in your pocket " ok, I'll give her that, but 100% disagree that you are going to try to sell me a vape that continues to fire for 10 seconds after a pull or when put in my pocket. I was so uncomfortable in there that I gave up and asked for a refund for the flavor that continued to have issues. Be careful...

Great shop. Cheapest on the island that I've came across. Priced rival online ejuice prices and best of all ECIGGITY even offer the convenience of online ordering with in-store pick-up! The very friendly and super chill staff helped me grab my ejuice even though I literally arrived at the last minutes before closing to pick up my online ejuice order that was placed moments before I arrived. Be forewarned that online orders for same day pick-ups is only until 5pm so random pickups are NOT common practice.
