Xtreme Sports Hawaii — Attraction in Oʻahu

This place is by far the best store i have been to ever. The customer service i recieved was phenomenal. This was my 2nd time visiting this eatablishment. The 1st time i went there i bought my nephew a pair of football shoes. I was helped by the owner Marian she was so helpful and very nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about the shoes that she carried and so very patient. So fast forward my son needed football shoes today we stopped by online it states they close at 6pm we walk in at 450. Not knowing because of covid they close at 5pm. The sales person working informed me about the hours of operation after i had asked. I said we will cone back tomorrow so we have more time cause we were not going to be a quick sale as my son was very indecisive of the type of shoe he wanted. Long story short he tried on a few pair football shoes but nothing really caught his eye. I noticed he was looking at a pair of shoes but it was a soccer shoe. So i asked the sales person and he informed me the only difference between football shoes and soccer shoes is the front toe cleat. So we went over to the soccer side. On the soccer side down much more selection a my son loves pink so we picked out the top three Pink Shoes there and he tried them all out. Well done Dallas my son ended up with the nemeziz 19.1 FG. I would say our total time at the establishment was approximately 45 minutes so he stayed an extra 30 minutes just to help us out. I usually never write reviews this is probably one of my first written reviews ever, but with that kind of customer service how can you not you rarely find that nowadays. Gentleman that helped me is actually student that plays football in a small Junior College up there in Oregon. Would like to send a shout out and a great big mahalo to Xtreme Soccer...

BEWARE: This place makes NO EXCEPTIONS on RETURNS pass the 10days. Had purchased 3 items in May around Mothers Day , paid roughly $300+ for (2) pairs of football cleats and Gloves, unfortunately my son decided not to continue playing football. We had used 1 pair and the other pair is NWT and as well as the gloves we bought. I wanted to return the unused pair. I had called when the owner wasn't there was told to call back to speak with the owner. So, I called back and the owner refuse to talk to me had her employee apologize on her behalf. My son changed his mind and wants to play soccer instead and I wanted to see if she would atleast make an exception to change out the pair of shoes and gloves we bought for soccer shoes. Just putting it out there, Times are hard and this place did not offer quality...

Worked with, I believe the owner. She was very very very nice! She wants to make sure you buy exactly what you need and nothing more. She's very concerned with the children fitting in their shoes properly, which is very important for foot heal. Today she was being pulled in many directions as her help decided to not come in, but she managed well. She gave the attention you needed and made sure you were satisfied before you leave. They have a good return policy and she knows her information on the products. Prices are extremely reasonable, I wish I would have went there in the first place instead of running around town looking for stuff. I could have just came here and did a one-stop shop. Will...
