I shopped at KOHL'S same experience that I had in the Wentzville Store! Awful service, no body around to help. I was even insulted at this location (; I am still looking for the FILA yoga pants. This associate, actually said to me the don't carry many SIZE L because most "FAT" woman don't work out! WELL, excuse me lady! I am trying to get into better shape after a hip injury. Now, the highlight of my experience, I saw a woman trying on sandals, SHE actually snipped the price bar thingy off the shoes and walked out!! OMGoodness, I cannot believe how anyone can steal merchandise right in front of my eyes!! Left her old shoes tucked under a display. PLEASE, someone help KOHL'S DEPARTMENT STORES, walk around the sales floor, help customers, watch others. Never will we ever go back to this store. We had purchased an item online and it was sent the wrong size. This was purchased on cyper monday. Well when we tried to go have it exchanged for the right size we were flat out told no. That if we needed a smaller size we would have to purchase the item at full price. That they wouldnt give us the price we bought it for. Candy at the jewelry section is rude and has absolute no customer service skills. And when i called corporate to talk to them the guy we spoke with Carlos was rude, and even laughing as i was trying to explain to him the issue. Shopped in Target & due to 2 lane serve backup l had to self checkout. Young girl was stocking cooler @ entrance to self checkout until she saw my brown face. She immediately turned all her energy and attention to me checking out. I even noticed a male approached her and said something then nodded in my direction. She blurted out l am watching her.... I am a 62 yr. old American of African heritage and my 16% Irish temper was fuming. This country has gone to hell as if it can get any worse.
