Had the pleasure of visiting Cinnaholic with a friend who was experiencing it for the first time, and our visit was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the wonderful Heather, whose enthusiasm and outgoing nature added an extra layer of sweetness to our experience.

Heather went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Her passion for the products was evident as she offered up creative suggestions and even concocted new recipes right on the spot. What stood out the most was her willingness to let us taste test various flavors before making our final decision—a fantastic touch that added a personalized and interactive element to our visit.

Not only did Heather excel in providing outstanding customer service, but she also created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Her friendliness and genuine interest in making sure we had a great time were truly appreciated.

The cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic were, of course, the stars of the show. Each bite was a heavenly experience, and the ability to customize our own creations added an extra layer of fun to the dining experience. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were evident in every mouthwatering bite.

I had a very poor experience here. I was excited to try this place after seeing it is Black owned on tiktok. We walked in to no reception. I proceeded to stay positive and say "This is our first time here" still receiving silence from the man behind the counter. There was absolutely NOBODY in there. It was empty until we came in. I then proceeded to say are these all the items you have? He points to the menu on the wall. OK fine. I ordered a few things and saw he was picking up the cinnamon rolls with his hands. I understand he had on gloves but he touched several things before getting to the actual food. I was disgusted. I have someone with a compromised immune system in my family that also wanted to give it a try. I asked if he could get one with the tongs for me. He did oblige but I was confused as to why it wasn't used to begin with. I remained positive and polite to him but I would NEVER go back there. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the way we were treated. I say save your money and go where your patronage...

When I first walk in, it looks absolutely amazing! But when I encountered the cashier, he was very cold and it seemed like he did not wanna be there at all. I did explain to him that this is my first time coming in and I wanted to see what kind of information he would give me. But he did not give me anything at all. I did ask if there was any sugar, free or gluten-free options And he said the only thing they have is the pumpkin bread. I could tell he did not want to talk at all. So I went ahead and selected 3 options and gave him a tip even though it was not a pleasant encounter with him. I understand that it's plant-based but the dough was very tough. I'm not sure if this is a common thing with plant-based cinnamon rolls. I am 8 months pregnant And I was really looking forward to this But I'm not sure if I would like to give it a second chance. Maybe at a different location. The one thing I did not like is that the gloves he was wearing to fix my items. ..He was also touching the tablet which is...
