While exploring the Ocean City boardwalk, we couldn’t resist stopping by Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Even without entering the attraction, the exterior itself is a delightful experience—full of quirky, eye-catching photo spots that are perfect for visitors of all ages. Best of all, you can take pictures freely with no cost, which makes it a lovely, low-pressure stop on your walk.

I first visited a Ripley’s location in California back in 2010, and that visit left such a memorable impression that I still think about it to this day. This Ocean City branch brought all those warm, whimsical feelings rushing back. It’s the kind of place that sparks imagination and adds a little wonder to your day—whether you’re walking by or heading inside.

Highly recommended for families, solo travelers, and anyone who loves discovering the unusual and unexpected!

Our family recently visited Ripley's Believe It or Not! in Ocean City, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. While we were intrigued by the concept, there were several aspects of the experience that left us feeling underwhelmed.

Firstly, the cost per person seemed disproportionate to the size and quality of the attraction. Given the relatively small size of the venue, we had expected a more substantial offering for the price of admission.

Additionally, the attraction itself felt outdated and in need of a refresh. Many of the exhibits and displays appeared tired and lacked the wow factor we were hoping for. It's clear that Ripley's could benefit from some modernization and updates to keep pace with contemporary expectations.

Overall, our family wasn't won over by our visit to Ripley's Believe It or Not! in Ocean City. Considering the cost and the need for updates, it's unlikely that we'll be returning...

Ripleys is definitely a unique and fun experience! There are so many odd relics to marvel at, which adds to the overall charm of the place. It’s like stepping into a time capsule and exploring a world of curiosities. 🕰️🔮

However, I must note that Ripley’s might be more of a one-time visit kind of deal. Price of admission is way too steep in my opinion. I have a hard time recommending it based on the price. It’s a pretty small place. Also unfortunately, not much has changed since they first opened their doors. So, if you’ve been once, you’ve pretty much seen it all. It would be great if they added some new exhibits or updated their displays to keep things fresh and exciting. 🔄💡

Now, a word of caution: be wary of the photo selling gimmick. Halfway through the tour, they might hassle you to purchase a photo. It’s a bit of a buzzkill and can feel like an unnecessary upsell. Just a heads-up to save yourself the hassle and politely decline if it’s not...
