I would give zero stars if i could. Started out on Tuesday my girlfriend buys a battery there for her Galaxy S3. Next day her S3 gets fried, not usable anymore. They won't do anything. We figure no big deal, used battery, we will give them another shot. We buy two phones there. One a Tmobile and one Unlocked phone. Spend $800 in the store on phones and cases. Dude tells us that we have 14 days to bring it back. I ask another clerk about how it will work with our service, and tell him that it is Metro PCS, he has nothing to say really about it. says we should be able to get our 4g. Next day, phones don't work. I call CDR, talk to a female and tell her whats going on, she says we can bring them back. We take them back, same girl comes to help us. Takes our receipt, goes and talks to someone else and then comes back and says didn't they explain the warranty to you? I said yea, they said we had 14 days. She laughs at us both and says no we can't take them back. So, yes i get pissed and start cussing her. The "manager" I suppose comes over, starts acting like he is a badass and tells me to calm down or leave the store. So, I quiet down. He sends her away, then goes on to tell me how much of a man i am for coming in the store and picking out the smallest person in there. I let that slide, tell him that what all happened the night before, he is steady being a douchebag now. So finally i just shut up and let my girlfriend explain it. He says yea, we don't warranty it not working with your carrier but I'm going to refund your money, then looks at me and tells me I can't come back to the store. IDGAF. at this point i just want our money back. So he then also proceeds to tell us that they always have issues with their phones working with Metro PCS. well then why are your people not telling people that? So, we get our money back, then looks at me and he says, "She is over there trying to keep from crying, I think you need to apologize to her" I laughed and walked away. I guess she shouldn't have laughed in our faces when we told her what the other guy said about 14 day warranty. Funny thing is, the dude that told us that stood there quiet as hell not saying a word cause he knew he had messed up. Don't go here. Just a bunch of tech geeks who don't actually know what they are doing and won't tell you anything to help you out. Will sell you stuff knowing that it won't work with your system or carrier. This...

UNFORTUNATELY , I have to update my review after taking the phone we purchased from CDR to a reputable phone repair shop. They informed us that the device is essentially NON-REPAIRABLE or would COST MORE than the phone is worth to FIX. It’s clear now that we were SCAMMED and sold a FAULTY PRODUCT . This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience, especially after spending GOOD MONEY and initially trusting this seller. I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with CDR. This kind of shady, unethical business practice needs to be called out. I will be reporting this and making sure others know not to trust this company. At this point, a full refund is the only acceptable resolution. Failing to do so will only further damage their reputation—this review is not going ANYWHERE.
Complaint Regarding Faulty iPhone 12 MAX PRO
Dear CDR Electronics Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a phone purchased from your store. We bought the device for $500, and after only nine months of use, it stopped working. When we reached out to your team AND MANAGER regarding the issue, we were informed that if we attempted to get it repaired and pay $175 and the fix did not resolve the problem, we would be at a total loss for the money spent totaling loss of $675.
This response is highly disappointing, as we expected a product of this value to last longer. We believe that a resolution should be provided, whether through repair, replacement, or a partial refund. A phone failing in under a year indicates a potential defect, and we would appreciate CDR Electronics standing behind the...
Read moreI purchased an iPhone 13 pro Max there and also a Samsung Note 20 ultra and there were issues with the previous carriers with both phones but the iPhone 13 I managed to transfer to the Verizon carrier but it would not be allowed on the AT&t platform. Then my Samsung Note 20 was locked into the AT&t account that I engaged it on earlier and then after several attempts to unlock the phone by the carrier, it was locked for 60 days because it posted a MCK code which means manufacturers code key. I was asked by AT&t customer support to call Samsung and Samsung reported that that was only a carrier problem. The carrier customer service with AT&t would not unlock the phone in spite of the fact it had no bills against it and this is not CDRs fault but it is a problem sometimes. If you can't get that sorted out, perhaps before you purchase the phone in the store. If you have your own SIM card and can install it in an unlocked phone or perhaps the phone carrier that you choose to decide to go with. It's does not work well when carriers are at war with each other. CDR didn't offer to refund my money until the third effort to activate. ATT days in 60 days I may unlock my phone even though they say there are no obligations...
