Famous Footwear Outlet — Attraction in Oklahoma City

Whatever you do do not do an online order through this store! They did not have my size in store so they placed an order to be shipped to my home. For over a week the order showed processed. When I call customer service they told me that the order had been cancelled because they did not have the inventory. They then proceeded to tell me that since I used my debit card that I would receive be receiving a check in the mail in 3-6 weeks. I will not be doing business with this company again. This is terrible...

The staff here is definitely less than friendly. I had a pick up order and they were decent, it was quick. Then I had to go back in due to a sensor they left on the shoes and the lady at the counter didn’t even say a word to me or apologize for the inconvenience. No big deal about the sensor - just would appreciate a bit kinder...
