On a recent visit to your store, I came in looking for help with removing my niece from my mother’s account. I explained that I wanted to “roll her off,” meaning to move her to her own line. I asked Derek what the proper term for that process was, since I wasn’t sure of the official terminology. Instead of helping clarify, he immediately responded with an attitude, saying, “I don’t know what that is.”
I tried to explain further by saying I wanted to move her to her own account, and again asked him what that process is typically called within the company. He said, “COR,” to which I replied that it sounded like internal company jargon and might not be familiar to customers like myself. Rather than continuing the conversation or attempting to assist, Derek abruptly said he wasn’t going to help me and walked away from the interaction.
Liz then came over to assist, and I want to emphasize how helpful and professional she was. She calmly listened, understood what I was trying to do, and took care of the issue without any judgment or frustration. Liz turned the experience around and made me feel like a valued customer—she was truly awesome to work with.
That said, Derek’s conduct was disappointing and unacceptable. Even after walking away, he continued to mumble under his breath, which made the situation feel even more unprofessional. His attitude, unwillingness to explain or assist, and lack of basic customer service skills are not what I expect when visiting your store. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the brand and can easily turn customers away.
In summary, while Liz provided excellent service and salvaged the situation, the initial interaction with Derek was unnecessarily negative. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously. Every customer should be treated with respect and patience, especially when they’re trying to understand a process and are open to learning the correct terminology. Unfortunately, Derek did not demonstrate those qualities, and I believe his approach to customer service needs to be...

Old Navy is the real MVP here, I usually go to mwc but I checked this one out and everyone in there was so nice! They knew where their products were, every single worker asked me how my day was and if I needed anything to let them know. Once I checked out, I was assured that my size is super popular so they could and would order it for me online and have it shipped to the store! Great spot, I...
