I really wish I could leave a 5 star review. Iām glad others did not experience what my sisters AND my parents experienced today. Celebrating my sisters birthday. If I could describe it in one word. Just unpleasant. My sister who I mentioned was the birthday girl on the phone and in person was not offered ANYTHING. Not a robe, not slippers, sat in the lobby waiting for me and my other sister. Not told she could relax in the sauna. She had a 1 hr body scrub that ended EARLY. She looked at her phone after and it had been 40min total from entering room to leaving (entered room at 9:05/10 she said and was out and saw 9:45 when she was dressed). I was so upset as I really wanted to pamper my sister. She sat alone in the lobby not offered or attended to after her body scrub, that was cold and not pleasant to her as well. My parents also were not told to relax in the sauna or given robes or slippers before or after apt. When I booked all of our appointments I was told it would be a very relaxing and pampered experience and we could all get ready together in the bathroom after apts, relax in the sauna together, we didnāt get to do any of that. My personal facial was amazing! Loved it. But the fact that my sister paid $110 for a 1 hour massage that was not one hour, unpleasant, cold, and not done fully. Then not given any amenities after she was done early! Youāre in the hospitality business. Be hospitable please. Tell your paying customers they can relax in the sauna or foot soak which was also not offered while waiting for others. It was the start of our day and really started us off in an upset mood. :/ I own a small coffee biz so I totally understand the stress, difficulties in running them. But customer service is always #1, but today it wasnāt for the receptionist.
Response: I understand we made it only 5 minutes before our apt. As we did not foresee our hotel taking 20 min to bring us our car, we donāt live in the area unfortunately so we donāt plan on coming back there. But I donāt really know how arriving right at apt time makes a difference in the post service hospitality. Like I had said, my sister ended early after paying 1hr long service. Ended at 9:40 not 10am. Thatās not okay. And after waited in the lobby instead of being offered the sauna room while waiting for her sisters. It just didnāt make sense and she didnāt say anything because itās not her job to. Itās the receptionists job. She was confused she didnāt even know where the bathroom was. And 2.5 hrs later my parents have the same experience. Said they where never showed the showers /bathroom areas after service either. I was told on the phone we could relax in there AFTER our apts. not before. If the only time to use the amenities is before, then guests should be told to arrive 30 min early. Also my sisters forms were never sent to her , e-mail never got them so she had to resend it via text once we got there. I had already done my paper work and my other sister had done hers. My parents had also done their forms ahead of time and that didnāt make a difference. So I honestly wish my sister didnāt feel like her body scrub was a waste. Iām just letting you know that I had communicated on the phone a week before hand my plans /hopes for my sisters/family and we were very sad...

I recently had the most incredible experience at Purity Day Spa, and I'm thrilled to share my five-star review! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a serene atmosphere that instantly melted away the stresses of my day.
I began my journey in the sauna after being provided slippers and a robe. The place itself was clean and inviting through the entire establishment, they really made you feel at home! Throughout my sessions, I was pleasantly surprised to be served refreshing water and a delightful glass of wine, which added a wonderful touch to the experience.
After the sauna, I indulged in a rejuvenating body scrub that left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. It was the perfect way to prepare for the next part of my spa experience!
Next, I enjoyed a blissful massage that worked out all the knots and tension I didnāt even know I had. The therapist was skilled and attentive, ensuring that every area of my body received the care it needed.
Following the massage, I treated myself to a revitalizing facial that left my skin glowing and revitalized. The esthetician took the time to understand my skinās needs and recommended some fantastic products that I can't wait to incorporate into my routine.
To conclude my amazing day, I enjoyed a relaxing foot soak that was the cherry on top of this pampering experience. The soothing water and aromatic salts made my tired feet feel completely rejuvenated.
The staff at Purity Day Spa were truly exceptional. Their professionalism and genuine care for my comfort made all the difference, and I felt like they truly valued my experience. Their product recommendations were spot on, and Iām excited to continue my spa journey at home.
I left Purity Day Spa feeling rejuvenated and eager to return next month for another round of pampering. If you're looking for a top-notch spa experience, I cannot recommend Purity Day Spa highly enough! Thank you all for an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreContext matters so here's my experience: My boyfriend got me a gift card for my birthday here. I looked it up ahead of time since I had never been and saw the glowing reviews and was really really excited especially since it had been over 5 years since I had been to a spa. I also work from home with a 2 and 3 year old so I was really really looking forward to this experience lol. He put a lot of thought and effort into this gift and even went in to several places in person/read reviews and went in person to buy the gift card to this place to scope out the atmosphere.
I did the foot soak, massage and facial package. The overall vibe when I got there was not what I read about in other reviews. Maybe because I went around 5pm on a Saturday and it was a busy time. I had never been to a spa where I wasn't offered anything to drink during my entire time there, like at least water? But maybe they just don't do that here. This felt more like going into any massage place for an appointment (like massage envy) it just didn't feel like a spa experience at all for me which really sucks because we spent quite a bit here including tip and don't know when ill get to have a spa day again.
The massage was just ok unfortunately.
The facial. So this was my first time getting a facial and I did tell my lady that. I remember filling out on the form something about if you have black heads do you want them popped, I chose yes but forgot to ask what that entailed. The facial was great overall but I wish the lady would have warned me that she was about to start the black head thing because it was very painful and I just wasn't prepared for it. Maybe that's my fault for not doing research prior. Either way, just seemed like if I was doing a service on someone for the first time I would explain a little along the way.
Overall, because its advertised as a SPA, my expectation was just very different than what I experienced and because of that I wouldn't...
