I can't decide what to rate the mall because I've had a lot of bad experiences in the last 5 years or less, but I don't go there but once or twice a year normally. Last problem was at a t shirt kiosk on 2nd level some black haired guy charged me $52.19 for one T-shirt but I have diabetes recently now so my vision is blurry and when I got home I realized that he got the image backwards so the words were backwards plus hair and fuzz trapped under the image of Marilyn Monroe popping bubble gum. He kept trying to charge me $15 more to redo it even though it was his mistake when I came back the next night but I kept telling him I already paid a lot of money(like too much money I should have said and it's not my fault). He lied about having a boss that would get mad if he didn't charge me something for remaking it. I found out he's the owner and when I got home second time I saw he cut off the corner of a letter and some hair on the Marilyn Monroe image but it was Friday night and the mall office was closed by then. I went to office the next Monday I think to complain about bad experiences I had in the last years, but it was almost a waste of time probably except I got my gripes heard. The security people were extremely helpful in helping me find the office and listening to why I needed help.
I also had a problem the same night I bought the T-shirt at Spencer's when I went there they wouldn't let me try on shirts over my clothes and i had lost over 20 pounds of weight plus I got home and there was a security thing still stuck on one shirt they have to remove or it squirts ink on you and i had told her i thought one was on a shirt before I left! They never apologized to me for having to come back to get it off on the phone or in person. All the guy said was you have a great day or something avoiding it,so I called the company complaint line and they are supposed to retrain the store employees.
Last time I also had to deal with people trying to stop me trying to sell wrinkle cream and it makes me mad. They were doing that last year November 3 rd when I came to see the Duran Duran movie and made me late to the movie a few minutes so it was dark already when I had to find my seat plus I had to toss my food from the food court I wasn't done with to get in. I let them put some wrinkle cream on under my eyes before I went to the foot court. It was way worse at home hours later than if I hadn't used it at all and the tiny little bottle they tried to sell me was $300!! Don't buy Lioness products-and they have a store too now besides people trying to stop you walking by.!
I was ripped off by optometrist downstairs big time. She hurried me through the eye exam too fast and I got a bad Rx but didn't realize it for sure because I don't get glasses very often and she wouldn't pay to get me a new exam or lenses because it was past 30 days. I was out an eye exam and glasses like $300-$400 total. The cheap reading glasses at dollar tree and big lots worked better!! Too bad I didn't think to read reviews of her business before going there because there were about 9 complaints like...
Read moreI would leave five star, but there was an incident of racism, not only because the Quail Springs Mall is beautiful and has good stores, I admit that, but unfortunately we are in a time when racism against races other than whites still exists (especially us Latinos), we were at the Blue Zoo in Oklahoma, taking photos, we went out to the car and halfway there I felt that they were following us and staring at us and I was right, minutes later two security guards approached us and stopped us He had to say that we were taking photos in stores and that didn’t happen (the camera he was carrying was inside the appropriate bag all the time after we left Blue Zoo) and he quickly came to us and arrested my family and I, he told us that taking photos inside a mall is not allowed since it is a private mall that due to the mall’s policy is not allowed; Anyone knows that, the question is how he stopped us, he ruined a beautiful evening and turned it into something bitter and only because of racism towards another race, oh and to top it off the two security guards were white. Judge...
Read moreI absolutely love this Mall. This is the only one I choose to go to in all of Oklahoma city. A huge variety of stores, food court, and an amc movie theater. My two favorite stores in this mall are Round One, an adult arcade with a bar and bowling alley in it. I can easily spend all day just in there. They also have a little aquarium in the mall where you can pet and feed stingrays, sand sharks, and even have a bird sanctuary you can go in and feed. Absolutely a great place to take your kids or a date. I very much enjoyed being able to not only have fun at the two stores mention above but i was also able to buy a nice pair of Nike shoes from the journeys in the mall. I was able to buy 3 sweaters and getting 1 for free at spencers which had a good selection of shirts, sweaters, beanies, backpacks and hats. The Hot Topic store was also pretty nice, They had a good selection of novelty t shirts and anime items. Lots of cool dragon ball z items and clothing and even onsies. I would highly recommend anyone...
