Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There is another Chick-fil-A near the mall and I think it would probably would have been a better food choice than the one in the Quail Springs Mall, but don't EVER call them for any reason. I always had good food at the other locations in Edmond and MWC when I visited and excellent customer service from all but one of them that was in Edmond( just when I called them). I went to the one in Quail Springs mall on 8/21/2020. The chick-fil-A sandwich looked greasy and darker when I was about to put some sauce on it. When I tasted it it was harder too than it should have been. They must have cooked it longer than they should have. The strawberry shake didn't have a strawberry taste to it and the color looked more like a chocolate shake would look like so I asked the employee if he was sure it wasn't chocolate. I went up a few minutes later to ask for a spoon and two of the employees actually walked further away from me instead of coming to see what I wanted. I think one of them was a manager because the shirt he had on. The employee who took my order kept stocking cups and then he started to pour tea into a container. He finally stopped what he was doing and came over to see what I wanted. They all made me feel unimportant that day and the food and drink was terrible. I have worked for two Taco Bells, a Taco Bell Express, and 5 McDonald's and other places working with food and on a register. I do not like complaining because I know what it's like to work in a place like that, but I became so upset by my experience that day AND the response I got from the upper management that I have changed my mind about complaining entirely. I called a hotline number for chick-fil-A that is supposed to help connect you to people to resolve issues many times now to complain and ran out of minutes and data on my cell phone more than once, and I got the same exact e-mail from the owner twice saying how they hope they do better next time. I finally got another one that was not so generic. I got a full refund and some free food, but the nuggets were greasier than any other location, one waffle fry had a huge burnt piece on it, plus the shake was still the wrong color and off on taste still. I never got a full apology from the director. I emailed the CEO of this company that is plagued with apathetic and/or incompetent customer service everywhere and told him everything. I thought he was ignoring me since I didn't hear from anyone for such a long time, but I think the corporate people in Georgia just took thier time too. I ran out of minutes talking to him and got disconnected as he had just asked me what else he could do besides visit the locations I complained about on a future planned trip in January 2021. That was the last I talked to anyone who MIGHT be able to change things. The owner supposably got a free standing location in another state and I don't know if he owns this one any more. I'm not going out of my way again just to find out if they ever got thier problems taken care of. I never worked for this company and I never will. They are pathetic! If you don't like the food or customer service somewhere get a full refund on it and go somewhere else to spend it because life's too short to be UNHAPPY. I edited this because so many people just looked at my photo but not the review according to messages from google. Bad Google reviews are the only way to get real change at subpar places. Visited this restaurant yesterday and since the disturbing experience I had I have been thinking how I should tactfully write this review. My food quality was fine and the employees were polite as always. I sat in a booth next to an area where I assume employees sit and have their personal items or take breaks or whatever. I heard two male employees discussing their own religious views. I have no issue with freedom of religion and that’s a whole different topic. What I was hearing were theories about the “end of the world “ and “mark of the beast”. These are controversial subjects at best and I don’t think it’s appropriate for employees to be discussing this in ear shot of customers. I frankly want to come and eat on my hour lunch and leave. I don’t want to hear religious theories and opinions. Perhaps these employees did not realize people can hear them through their faux wall. I would just hope in the future they will be more mindful that they should keep their religious views to themselves or it may start to exclude other customers without...

My husband and I went to Quail Springs Mall Chick-fil-A last night and very disappointed we’ve eaten there before but thought we’d give it another try. It took them 10 minutes to get our food to us As they said we would have to wait for his chicken strips that he ordered to cook.there was nobody else there. then when we got our food my husband Open the bag and there was a chicken sandwich he went back up to the front to tell them he wanted his chicken strips and that he got the wrong thing and the girl at the register said didn’t you get the rest of your meal like what does that mean he didn’t get his chicken strips needless to say she said it would be another 10 minutes before we got the chicken strips so he had to eat the sandwich that he was given we will never eat there again it always takes too long to get our food every time we go there we wait 10 to 15 minutes Times longer to get our food.
