Oshiki Japan (Quail Springs Mall) — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

It’s a food court…so I don’t expect the atmosphere to be that great. My mediocre Hibachi Salmon & Shrimp was $19 because they up charge $2.50 for Miso Soup and $4.00 for noodles. My wife had Hibachi Steak and the meat was not tender at all. My son was stationed in Japan and thought he might enjoy the Yaki-Soba. Unfortunately, it was not like what he had in Tokyo. Just ate here. I don't have 1 good thing to say about the food $24 for medium rare steak that was cooked to well done then cooked 5 min more. Vegetables weren't cooked. Poured so much sauce that the steak was steamed. Rice was room temperature. I wouldn't trust them to cook a McDonald's hamburger. The cow died for me to throw it in the trash because I couldn't eat it. Also +30 min to get my food when there was no one in front of me. I shit you not, you are better off eating...

Wow! Fresh, high quality prepared on the spot sushi! It does NOT get any better than this. I ordered the crazy Cajun roll, miso soup and gyoza. Oshiki did not disappoint. This is coming from a Bay Area native who has dined at the best sushi restaurants in San Jose and San Francisco. Not to mention Cabo and Orange County, So Cal. Holy smoke!
