The North Face OKC Outlets — Attraction in Oklahoma City

They sale damaged clothes. We bought 3 clothes, 2 of them has quality issues. One of it has two damage on the surface of left had pocket area, luckily We took a try on picture before the purchase, so we have the evidence that the damage was happened before the purchase. Another one has issues on two buttons. Although we exchanged/returned those items, the manager was so rude and refuse to give any compensation for the inconvenience brought to us even he admitted it was there problem on store quality control. We have to drive 3 hours round trip to do the return. The manager even said "if We ask anything beyond exchange or return, it is us asking too much". He didn't show any regret to us and he said we cannot blame him but keep blaming us didn't check before the purchase. He even keep claiming he was trying to help us, but actually he didn't, he never seek reasonable compensation to us. This situation was rediculous. It is not my duty to make sure the quality!! Cannot believe how this brand hired such a rude and irresponsible manager. Will never go to this store again and will advertise my friends not...

I have been in the store three times now and was not able to get what I wanted. The selection is honestly not that great. Then if they happen to have what you are wanting the sizes are very limited. One of the vests that I wanted in a size M was only available in S and only 6 of those. Then another one was only available in size L. For my husband he wanted a vest and they only had one type for men and they were only in size S. I was hoping that the second time maybe they would have been restocked, but it was no better at all. Very disappointed and doubt that I try again. I can't speak for the prices since they really didn't have what I wanted or the size...

One of my favorite stores. I like to wear between 1 and 30 layers of clothes so northface is a great place to shop.

Often times you will think....is this deal really true... it seems too good. Ooh no, it really is that good.

You can go any time of the year and find something great. I kid you not.

Also these clothes are vacuum packable. And you can get them wet and you can even wear them in a crane!
