Today I was there to purchase a game by exchanging three of mine. Before going I went online to make sure the video game I wanted was in stock and the price of the trade ins. Fast forward to 4 when I arrive and while doing the exchange, I’m informed that one of the video games is “retro” and can only be traded at certain locations. I went back to the game stop app is actually specifically says go to any store. I proceed anyways trading in the other two and ask about the video game I’m there to purchases. The video game that online say in stock and while I understand that online may not always be accurate Favein ( I think this is their name.) doesn’t attempt to check anything or anywhere but instead say “ I haven’t seen that game in awhile.”
Of course my business is no longer required so I’m leaving but what do I see when walking out? The video game on the bottom self.

Now, to my personal dilemma, I purchased Star Wars Battlefront 2 (PS4) and under the assumption that all is well, I went home and when I sat down to finally get to playing I was greeted to an empty box. Now, you assume when you purchase a game that the CD is collected from the drawer and placed inside in a fluid manner, but this wasn't the case. It never showed and was told it was back ordered but that shouldn't have happened considering I pre-ordered it but was told it would be back in stock on June 22nd . That came called and ask where my order was and was told not in-stock till the 25th. Called after the 25th was told there was a mistake made on their end and they had it in stock and it would go out to me . They screwed up my payment I called they said it would take 24hrs but the item was still there and I was good.
