I have been going to this Subway for over 6 years and the last 3 months this store has gone from a great place to the worst I have ever seen. The last 5 times that I have gone in 3 of the times they had no bread to make subs. How is that even possiable. Its a sub place. Then the 4th time they where out of meatballs. So these 4 times I left and went to the subway in Walmart. Tonight was the ladt straw for me. Understanding that a new guy was working and also another for a total of 2 workers. Came in at 7:30pm only to customers in front of me. It took me over 30 min before i even ordered. The reg. Worker was working on phone order and it was just 1 order and had the new guy working on walkin customers. Then a couple walks in behind me carring a small long haired dog. The workers never asked them to take the dog out side. I love dogs. I have some of my own poodles because i have allergies to dogs and my eyes started burning and watering. When has it come to restaurants allowing reg. Dogs. This was not a service dog. I even told the working that i have allergies with dogs and still did nothing about it. When I got home with the 3 subs. The where awfull the meatballs where burt and tasted burt. Waste of time and money. I have tried calling to tell them about my subs and they will not answer there phone. Tbey lost a long...
Read moreTonight, I stopped into the Subway on Saxon to get a sandwich around 9:00 pm. When I walked in, the employee was making sandwiches, and since no one was in the restaurant, I assumed it was for online or pre-orders.
I waited for a bit while the employee continued making a sandwich, thinking that she would greet me once she finished. After she placed that sandwich into the oven to be toasted, she started making a new one, still without acknowledging me.
After another two minutes of waiting, I said, "Well, I guess I'll leave since you're not going to even acknowledge me." She looked up at me but didn't say anything. I turned to leave the store, and as I walked out, I said, "And you don't even care, because you didn't even acknowledge my comments," to which she again said nothing.
I usually don't make posts, but I have never had someone be intentionally rude. Even if someone was rude, typically, once you bring it to their attention, they're usually apologetic. Subway Orange...
Read moreWent in with my girlfriend to grab a sub at night. There was only one girl there to take our order and she seemed to be fairly new because she didn't know how to put $10 on a Subway gift card and the rest in cash. So she had to call the manager and needless to say I had to wait several minutes while my hot sub was getting cold. The girl was very apologetic but it did really put a damper on my visit because my girlfriend was half done by the time I got to sit down. The sub (though cold at this point) was tasty and fixed my...
