Saddle Up Tavern — Restaurant in Orange City

I visited the establishment on Wednesday and was disappointed by the behavior of a bartender who was extremely rude. Throughout the evening, she displayed a dismissive attitude towards me. Her focus seemed to lie with socializing rather than providing adequate service to her customers, including myself. When I asked for water while she was in the midst of pouring shots for a friend, she dropped the cup on the ice cooler and proceeded to remark on the universality of mistakes. As she handed me the water, she came close to spilling it. Furthermore, she permitted a group of patrons to stay in the bar past closing time while attempting to hasten my friend's and my departure, even as my other friend was trying to close his tab, which she appeared to prioritize below...

Bartender charged my card twice. Spoke with owner. Did nothing to make it right. On top of that the jukebox is programmed to block certain songs. So you can’t play anything you want. It doesn’t look like anyone actually cleans this...

Stopped in to check out the bar. Found it to be very nice, newly renovated, great Karaoke KJ and sound system, friendly staff and crowd. We will definitely invite our friends and go back for more karaoke...
