I had a bad experience recently at this store location. I wouldn't advise no one to go there because of the manager . The manager was extremely rude and aggressive because I needed to get a refund back for coat and wouldn't give me back my refund or even get a exchange with the tag . I even had my receipt and she was still giving me trouble. I even had to call the police because she took the tag off of my jacket and lied on me saying that I had it on me . The police found out that she lied when I simply ask her again about the coat tag that she was trying to hide. She finally said she had in infront of the police officer. She wasted me and the police time over something simple and stupid She made a huge scene infront of multiple customers arguing with me. To be honest, that's poor customer satisfaction.She was arguing with me repeatedly for 30 mins about something simple thing and wasted almost a hour over a simple refund or exchange. Just for a simple exchange or refund that I wanted she slandered by character and told the police I cursing her out and looking for trouble just what I needed. Her rudeness and aggressiveness towards me happened on several occasions and experienced the same situation repeatedly. I dont want the same experience to happen to you and please don't be fooled by her because she isn't the way you think she is. She is rude, mean, agressive and don't really care for me as a customer because of the bad energy everytime...

Today I tried returning a top because I simply didnāt like it after trying it on and the quality wasnāt that great. Only to be told it was worn (how embarrassing to be told you worn something you didnāt in front of everyone in the store). There is no physical evidence that the top has been worn because it wasnāt. But Iām starting to see that this store do a-lot of scam tactics to keep customers money by 1) not having their fitting room open so customers can purchase items but when customers try to return said ill fitting items, they tell them the items have been worn. 2) They also try to keep receipt for purchases when you try to return an item, telling you they have to keep your receipt. They been doing this for years but in all they years Iāve been shopping here, I was never once told I wore something out I didnāt. i always tried things on and if I donāt like it, I return it period. Theyāve literally just lost a loyal customer.
