this is gonna be a long review! I had Katie who was who did mine and my sister’s hair. It was a birthday present for my sister and Katie did absolutely amazing. She is so kind and really helped us feel comfortable. My sister is on the spectrum is so socially anxious but with Katie’s energy they had a blast and got great hair too! While my sister knew what she wanted I did not. I talked with Katie quite a bit because I was longing for color but also have restraints due to work. I have never been blonde and was nervous BUT I trusted Katie and the process! I love love love my hair and plan on coming back in the future.
