I would just like to add that over the last 10 years, I have fulfilled 6 or 7 contracts with rent a center. I only came here cuz RAC didn't have the set i wanted....::: Hello, my name is Kimberly Milligan and I am a current customer of your company. I am in desperate need of someone's help with my current contract and the staff at the navarre location has just made an already stressful situation, that much more stressful and frustrating. My physical status has recently declined and has taken my capability to work. This has taken quite a toll on me mentally as I have worked since the age of 14. I've tried my best to keep up with payments even going hungry to give every dollar I have to your company. I have been jerked around, lied to and even had my recollection toyed with by your staff at this location. I finally requested to talk with Rich when Jennifer and Derrick proved to be unsupportive, dishonest and unprofessional. I informed Rich of the horrible experience I've had since the loss of my income, the loss of my capabilities to work, the mental and emotional anxieties I suffer from due to my circumstance PLUS since the recent loss of my mother. I was literally crying on the phone with him. He then proceeds to make me feel like it's gonna be ok when he offers to contact his boss, Michelle, to request a revised agreement that could lower my payments. I was so grateful, extending many thanks..... just to be yet again, duped and disregarded. Never recieved an answer not even a call back that was promised. This was approx 4 weeks ago but after the 1st two weeks passed (with multiple texts and calls pressuring me about my balance due add if the conversation never took place, weighing on me in the meantime) The same exact thing I confided in him about the members of his staff putting me through for months prior! He also tells me there is no insurance in place to cover an emergency medical circumstance that may cause interruptions to my weekly obligations. I find that hard to believe with today's laws. You are my last course of action before reaching out to legal aid. It's seriously effecting my mental health! Please help me as I am not willing to lose all the money I've already paid for this merchandise. It seems like that's what they're trying to MAKE happen. ALSO...I have requested a copy of my contract / agreement as well as a detailed history of payments received SIX TIMES since Rich told me there's no insurance in place.
