I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We came in a couple of weeks ago, I was looking to switch from Straight Talk and my boyfriend was looking to switch from his familyâs plan to a plan with me. The employee was not knowledgeable about anything and he had to make multiple phone calls. He couldnât tell us anything about any phone. He didnât even know that V40 was the most popular phone on the market, he said it wasnât on display because it wasnât good. We were told that my boyfriend would get $300 off of his phone with a deal that was going on, then all the way at the end of the process, after spending a total of 3 and a half hours at the store, we were told that it could not happen. My boyfriend never gets mad at anyone and he was definitely upset. We quickly went to the Leviâs Commons location where we received top notch service. They had tricks up their sleeve to give us the best deals possible. The guy at your location was going to give me $40 for my iPhone 6 and Erica at the other location gave me $300 over a course of time. I get $12.95 off each month of my bill. She switched our phone numbers to make it look like I was the new line so that my boyfriend got the $300 off that we originally wanted. My concern was never addressed at the store level, and asking for my contact info after the fact doesnât change that. My review is based on how poorly the situation was handled in person, and I stand by it.
Save yourself the trouble and just order your phone from Verizon directly or go to their corporate stores.

Lost every password for any recovery of anything but Drake, on a busy day, stayed with it and helped me get into my Gmail account to facilitate swapping the account to a new phone. This S21 Ultra 5G is a fantastic unit so far. Hope it does as well or better than the old S7. Drake is a stick with it guy. Extremely helpful and holds customer service as a core work ethic. No complaints. Just praise for his attitude and business ethics. May be a smallish store but they have big service. Will be back....
