Overall a beatiful course..very interesting, with water and natural looking obstacles that made our time very enjoyable. Challenging but not crazy difficult, just right for fun.

It has stairs so I am not sure it is very handicap friendly. Except if there is another course I didn't see. But the parking lot is big, enough for everyone and your kids will have fun !

Alright, let's go to the negative that almost cost a star but... I decided to keep 5 stars because both can be solved: We had food for the gators they have in the entrance. The gators were sleeping and none were hungry while plenty of food were thrown in the water...so as an experience it was not the greatest and little kids were disappointed. But, if we add other factors, such as that it was night so they were already fed enough, they like to eat day and not night, etc...well it is understandable.

The second is the guy that was working there, in the register. Not polite at all ! And it was not that busy! I would excuse him if he was although still he shouldn't, it is a place to relax and have fun and he was the only good reason that place would lose a star from this review. But, it happens to the best so I forgive him since I enjoyed...

We called before hand to see when they closed, they told us as long as we were there before 11:30 we were fine. We made it before then and we were turned away by the same person I talked to on the phone. We said we didn’t need to finish the round and would leave when they closed or wanted us to and she still turned us away. I asked to use the bathroom quick and she said no rolling her eyes. Never played the course so I can’t speak to that, but terrible customer service. Our hotel was across the street and we never saw much business there, now we know why at least in part. If you’re no longer taking people, that’s fine but just say so when we called in the first place. EDIT: In response, you'll have your perspective on how things happened, I have mine. Regardless if I called after 11 and it takes an hour to play then why not just tell us it's too late? All our phones said 11:27 when we arrived, maybe your clock was fast. plus we said we would end early. Here's a tip: Next time someone calls after 11 tell them on the phone if they have 4 people there wont be enough time. They will appreciate your honestly and not wasting their time while...

Location is great, initial appearance is good, Park attendant was personable and friendly. Live little Gators are a nice touch. Prices are reasonable and location and adventurous layout of the course is nice. Management must put money into cleaning and beautifying the course. Landscaping could be better and waterways must be cleaned. Trash and bottles are visible throughout the course, waterways are nasty slimey and filled with Algae, brown sludge and there are several areas that are full of stagnant water and incubates mosquitoes. Some areas of the course were flooded or water soaked. Areas of the course where patrons may hit their balls are filled with nasty water filled with leaves, trash and debris and to retrieve their balls patrons must reach their hands into the merky muck. This place is truly a diamond in the rough. If management invests funds into cleaning sanitizing and painting the waterways, fixing broken ball traps on the course, Improving landscaping and keeping the park clean I am sure they can look forward to increased attendance...

Nice place to go have fun when you're out visiting. I got the deal on Groupon for this place that included alligator feeding. Which was just a ziplock bag full of cut up hot dog that you have to put on a fishing pole to feed it from afar. They're baby alligators and big fish whom took the bait more than the gators did. There are 2 courses which I didn't know that consisted of 18 holes each. One is a regular course and the second is a gold course and you get a discount for the second one once you're finished with the first. I didn't get to do the second one because it was HOT lol. They make it a challenge to find different items hidden around the courses which was pretty fun to do but I missed one! I wasn't going back to find it but I think they put your name on a wall if you do. Either way it was really nice and I def recommend it for the price!

Excellent experience from the moment I called to verify hours of operation. The individual who answered the phone was unbelievably polite; he answered my question about hours of operation and the use of a Groupon. He ended the call with "You're welcome. I hope to see you soon." They are open late (midnight on the day we went) and our Groupon saved us over half. We played two rounds of mini golf - they have multi-level courses with water features, bridges, rocks as transitional walkways, and and abundance of different plant life. We finished off the visit feeding the alligators. It was included in our Groupon, and was more exciting than we anticipated. Highly recommend Lost Caverns if you're looking for something to do in Orlando that is not a theme park.
