My girlfriend and I had gone here while we were on vacation. Neither of us had ever been to a comedy club before this, and we had bought our tickets in advance and parked in a parking garage. One cool thing is that they totally reimburse you for parking, definitely not expecting that so kudos to them for that! It looked and seemed very clean especially with the whole COVID-19 going on and as far as I could tell all staff seemed as knowledgeable as possible about being safe and sanitary for the virus and continuously wore their masks through the entirety of the show. The concession area was fairly limited, I'm not sure if it is due to the virus or if it is usually always like that but for adults especially if you enjoy a nice drink with and occasional laugh or so then they have a small selection along with a small choice of items that you can snack on as well... But again we had met with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who seemed to be able to back to products that they were selling/supplying to the guests. Trust me I never drink because I absolutely dislike the taste of alcohol, but I had two double drinks that night. I'm not even sure if I'm saying that right ha that's how often I drink! But thanks to the wonderful staff I actually found something I could stomach, still not going to be an every day drinker but hey, thanks again! But if you want to experience something fun something different this is a place you should definitely try. All from the top of their head improvised comedy pretty much like no other, you really can't beat it. It was PG-13 but also had a slight edginess to it and I really wish I could have made it to their PePe show. Which from what I've heard is more so for the adults and not so PG-13. If I absolutely loved what I had seen from these guys the other night and it was ok only PG-13 then oh man! I need me some PePe in my life! But forreals people go see these guys, they're pretty great! Glad we took the time and...
Read moreSo my partner and I bought VIP tickets for their valentines day special. Immediately after we purchased the tickets I emailed the Theatre Operation manager Diana explaining to her we just purchased the tickets but we had a family emergency and would like a refund on the tickets. She informed me she couldnt give a refund but she could get us tickets for another night. I explained that we purchased tickets much more expensive than a regular admission and what she is offering is not equivalent but she didnt care, just told me thats all she could do. I messaged her a couple times trying to get a ticket but she didnt get back to me till it was too late for the show. I finally messaged her to redeem the tickets she offered for me and my partners two years anniversary. She told me it was all set and congratulated us on our two years! We drive downtown, pay for parking and walk half a mile to the location getting there on time only to find out we didnt have tickets nor were we on the reservation list. We told the gentleman at the front that we talked to Diana and he had no idea what I was talking about. He went inside to talk to a coworker for ten mins and came outside and completely ignored what we told him and just addressed the whole crowd saying there were no more seats left. When I addressed him again about the situation he went back inside to talk to a coworker and came back out saying there is nothing he can do. That if we came 15 mins prior he could have gotten us in. No one told us to arrive 15 mins prior! We showed up on time and was confirmed by Diana that it would be all set for our two year anniversary. Never even saw a show here but we are never stepping foot in this establishment. The night of our two year anniversary was...
Read moreThe staff appeared to be very talented But do To the actors wearing masks it was very Confusing So you couldn't really get a great experience . Never knew who was talking unless they stepped forward . As an Entertainer myself One of the main things about comedy is expressions the actors make and reading someone's lips especially when you have someone with you at the show that is visual In Has problems understanding What someone saying without being able to read their lips. Now after traveling all over Florida and Performing myself I have never known there to be any venue that made performers wear masks So I would assume that it is the company and not the actual law. Really overall did not get to enjoy the show because of the masks Making it very hard to understand people What they're saying And the Expressions which truly Sets off a comedy show. With that being said definitely Felt like our forty bucks Was wasted And definitely worthwhile . This is the kind of show That is only enjoyable when able to see the actual actors . This should have been a disclaimer Because we would have otherwise Waited till after the pandemic to see a show Because my fiance Is a lip reader And has two parents that are deaf So sometimes Just hearing the sounds it's hard for her to decipher words and phrases. Would very much appreciate two complimentary tickets To actually Go to a show To get The Proper experience When the performers no longer wear masks . Very...
