Simply put Nightmare fraudulent company Do Not get a POS from these clowns they have 0 clue what they are doing & will take $ out of ur acc long After you have tried to terminate any sort of business relationship w them. Get a square or Clover is ur best bet. Never got my POS running & since June won't shut down my acc and still taking money out of my checking acc. I Strongly encourage Everyone that has been taken to the Cleaners by this so called Business to report them to the Federal fraud protection line as well as the Better Business Bureau. I think it's More than Past time that we ALL let EPOS know that their shady practices & deceitful, hiding, fraudulent activities & then calling themselves a business that cares about the well-being of their customers & that they Actually aren't just taking your $ & then u for a loop. I have Already reported them to the Fraud protection dept. As stated & my next step is a report w the BBB since the POS machine I received from them Never even got set up or was able to Actually use it for processing. And they Are still 3/4 MONTHS later trying to take $ from my checking acc. Not only that but they have told me numerous times that the dept. I need to speak w to close my acc today nobody was actually working In said dept so I could Again close my acc. ANYONE & EVERYONE THAT KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT POS SYSTEMS & HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO WORK & BE MANAGED WOULD NEVER GO THROUGH EPOS FOR A POS MACHINE IF THEY WAS THE LAST POS DISTRIBUTORS ON THE PLANET. Read moreI was able to cancel my account. I was given ZERO refunds on the un-used hardware or my first and only statement. Reason for canceling is poor customer service. I had a great sales person sell me on this product. The idea was I would have something that would last me. The software was glitchy here and there, which I could work with if I had customer support. I sent in multiple tickets asking questions, emailed the support staff asking questions, and tried to contact via Whatsapp. I have issues calling as their time zone does not seem to line up with mine. Time zones usually are not an issue in the age of email and instant messaging. However that only works when I get responses. None of my messages or support tickets were answered. I was also promised within my contract 3 months free with bigcommerce website. This was appealing to me to have a website integrate into the POS software with the app on their back system. I went to go install the app into my back system and it disappeared. It seemed that they no longer supported bigcommerce. I tried to ask questions about it, but again my message and support ticket were ignored. I tried to call their customer service number, at this point I was really annoyed, and the agent hung up on me mid sentence. At this point I was just done. I hadn't even fully finished setting everything up and the customer service I was receiving was TERRIBLE. I do not want to work with a company that has such bad customer service. Read moreStarted with a new company who uses EPOS. The system is pretty easy to navigate for the cashiers. You can set it up to be extremely user friend from cashier POV. The back office is nice as it is web-based and can be accessible from anywhere. I have not learned all the functions of the back of hours yet. You can set up a PAR or Min/Max for items. The PO set up and set up a restock order from a vendor. I'm not a huge fan of the PO process but it is different so I'm sure I'll get used to it. In order to add items to a new PO, you much first create the item in the system before starting a PO. I'm used to setting up items when creating a new PO. A bit backwards for me but I'll get used to it. Also, its the first system I've used that does not have its own item numbers in the system - or I just have not figured that part out yet. I'm still searching for tutorials online for EPOS and how to use particular aspects. The Reporting is pretty involved, in a good way. LOTS of options & variations for reporting. I particularly love to set up the automatic email reports. Just have to figure out the timing of them. A UK based company so I'm sure it's based off their server time, not where I'm located (US based). I set the reports to send 7 hours later and I get them when I want them. Overall, a GREAT price value for everything you get with it. Perfect for a small start up, or a small business. I've got lots more to learn, so I'll update...
