Update: Elijah, Owners, Staff- please read the below information. My bad for allowing your harassment about the Service Animal. I now know why you kept saying "a pet friendly room"- as if to antagonize me. And NO, you didn't accommodate me after speaking with legal counselors today, also concerning how you illegally asked me more questions then you should have. Public Education: sound and light can trigger a person with Epilepsy. Advice for improvements- beyond NOT harassing those with certified disabilities. The hotel could be charging a much higher rate, based upon the quality of the accommodations. But, because it's less than other very unremarkable properties in town, the clientele is questionable- and presents a problem to the staff- (the staff is understandably "agro") ... because the people staying here are tiresomely "disadvantaged"- and probably rude and dishonest. I foresee the staff being stressed by those of questionable motives, such as tweakers and miscreants- that serve as a vexation to those trying to run this place. The rooms are nice and housekeeping does an excellent job. Bed is comfortable and the grounds are very well kept. The service was deplorable (front desk; please show the owners the recorded interaction between myself and Joe-from your security footage camera- in the lobby, @ 12:05am - 01/28/25) after I requested a room change. Previously- I had complained about noise from neighbors above, 11pm and was initially offered a room change- I was "educated" in a passive aggressive/covertly hostile way by Elijah questioning me if I had given him a chance to handle it, prior. No. I hadn't. ... This was after I communicated a vulnerability to Elijah (after reading the review, below) upon checking in, about noise being a problem for me. And he puts noisy people above me, on purpose??..., I could conjecture to say. .. . (I am now, aware that what you did was illegal, BTW) ... As my nightmare of a night unfolds- ... I decided to try to endure the obnoxiously inconsiderate people above (stomping, playing a boom box at 11pm and pacing back & forth- is there construction going on above? ) ... And NO, Elijah didn't call them to ask them to stop making noise, I was placated. You can HEAR the phones ring through the walls, so another LIE just to control me into submission ... *I approach Joe at the front desk for a room change after obnoxious noise continues. He outright LIES and says "they have no other room available"... The conversation devolves into a power dominance contest and Joe holds all the power. I ask for him to please help me out after I realize my night (and following work day) is utterly doomed in terms of sleep (and being bullied by him) ... He puts me in a different room. Thank you. Do I need to be concerned about the $100.00 deposit not being released for some arbitrary reason? Do I need to be concerned that the front desk staff has my Driver's License information as well as Credit Card data? ... What Joe did to me can be identified as "antisocial sociopathy/psychopathy". Now I have to worry about the "surveillance" he mentioned while bullying me. (BTW, Joe- I walked around the property trying to pin-point where the noise was coming from so I didn't falsely accuse someone)... But he was too crazy to have a rational conversation with me. 1am- I am posting this review publicly after the exchange between myself and front counter staff, Joe. Just in case he further decides to retaliate against me and I go missing in the morning. I am reminded what an insane, unsafe world this is- 3 Palms Hotel, Tucson Arizona. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. I was going to book an additional night prior to that exchange, (and the subsequent research @ Service Animal Accomodations via Americans with Disabilities Act) however- after such deplorable treatment I would never stay here again. Note/update, to owners- the polite women at the front desk this morning helped me feel much more comfortable being on the property. Please address Joe, he's definitely a liability.

The best find in the Casa Adobe community! After experiencing what is without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and that saying a lot, since I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many many kinds of hotels. The place that shall go unnamed, (BW you know who you are)down the street from this lovely gem, managing to get a room on a busy Saturday night was lucky indeed. From the moment I contacted the hotel, until check-in, asking for some help with my room, supplying a toothpaste I forgot, answering all my questions, the staff was outstanding. Everyone did everything they could to make up for my previous bad experience at another hotel on the same block, and I felt seen, validated, and really appreciated as a guest. The room is so refreshing, modern, super comfy, and very clean! I even left a note for the housekeeping staff thanking them for being so good at what they do. The bed is ultra, comfy, lots of pillows, multiple lighting sources with dimmers, modern desk, tons of outlets for your technology, lovely bathroom, roomy shower, water, coffee maker, microwave, the list goes on and on. ***Note there is any breakfast or food options on the property. While there were a few minor maintenance issues. They were super quick to respond, and I felt again that they valued me as a guest. Wow, how refreshing! If you have an opportunity to stay in Tucson, which is such an awesome, cool town, even if you have to drive to get to your daily destinations. Do not hesitate to stay at 3 Palms, because they also have a gym, a really lovely pool as well and tons of food and restaurant options, a Whole Foods, and more. This place is also incredibly affordable, but that won’t last forever - take advantage as soon as you can.

Love this place! It’s definitely a hidden gem in Tucson. My stay was perfect—from the time I checked in with Jesus to the last day—I didn’t want to leave. I love the room setup and it looks very modern with new LG big TVs, refrigerator and the scenery is great overlooking the pool. I don’t mind the noise when people are enjoying the pool but once you’re inside the room, you don’t hear anything—it must be the double pane windows. i really feel like I made it when the sun hits my face in the morning with the open windows and the fresh air. It’s really invigorating and I know it’s a good start of a beautiful day. The crew are very helpful and friendly. You know that there’s pride on their work and really customer service at best! Jesus is very friendly and it was a great energy talking to the crew the night I checked in. I definitely will stay here when I come back to Tucson. I called some of my friends here to spread the words and they already know how great the place is and one of them said that her son stays here when he visits because he loves hangin out at the pool. I highly recommend this place. My whole stay is perfect! Juster

The walls are paper thin so it's pretty noisy in the mornings as everyone is making their way out for the day and in the evenings, or all night if your neighbors fall asleep with the TV on an action movie marathon. The rooms are dark and dingy and have a musty/dust smell. There are stains on the carpet (which is impressive because they are super dark blue and brown to begin with), and they clearly don't vacuum the rooms very often. The couches are literally torn up with broken zippers, torn seams and stuffing coming out of them, and very uncomfortable. The fridge was in the closet and the closet doors didn't open wide enough to even get into the fridge without angling the entire fridge just right. The daily room cleaning was terrible. They sloppily made the beds and left all of our linens in a bag outside our door overnight. The person who cleaned our room took our pool towels and it took quite a bit of convincing to get the front desk to accept this and give us new pool towels. The location was convenient, which is about all this place has going for it. We will not be staying here again!

NO FREE BREAKFAST! Worst free coffee in the world! 😞 However I will say that the location is great. It is pet friendly. However, you will pay $100 fee. The rooms are super clean and beautiful with modern look. The beds are very firm. The pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and it does require a wristband to gain access. If you want a great place to go to breakfast, there is a Snooze Eatery down the road. I would stay here again but not pay more than $60.
