Update: Elijah, Owners, Staff- please read the below information. My bad for allowing your harassment about the Service Animal. I now know why you kept saying "a pet friendly room"- as if to antagonize me. And NO, you didn't accommodate me after speaking with legal counselors today, also concerning how you illegally asked me more questions then you should have. Public Education: sound and light can trigger a person with Epilepsy. Advice for improvements- beyond NOT harassing those with certified disabilities. The hotel could be charging a much higher rate, based upon the quality of the accommodations. But, because it's less than other very unremarkable properties in town, the clientele is questionable- and presents a problem to the staff- (the staff is understandably "agro") ... because the people staying here are tiresomely "disadvantaged"- and probably rude and dishonest. I foresee the staff being stressed by those of questionable motives, such as tweakers and miscreants- that serve as a vexation to those trying to run this place. The rooms are nice and housekeeping does an excellent job. Bed is comfortable and the grounds are very well kept. The service was deplorable (front desk; please show the owners the recorded interaction between myself and Joe-from your security footage camera- in the lobby, @ 12:05am - 01/28/25) after I requested a room change. Previously- I had complained about noise from neighbors above, 11pm and was initially offered a room change- I was "educated" in a passive aggressive/covertly hostile way by Elijah questioning me if I had given him a chance to handle it, prior. No. I hadn't. ... This was after I communicated a vulnerability to Elijah (after reading the review, below) upon checking in, about noise being a problem for me. And he puts noisy people above me, on purpose??..., I could conjecture to say. .. . (I am now, aware that what you did was illegal, BTW) ... As my nightmare of a night unfolds- ... I decided to try to endure the obnoxiously inconsiderate people above (stomping, playing a boom box at 11pm and pacing back & forth- is there construction going on above? ) ... And NO, Elijah didn't call them to ask them to stop making noise, I was placated. You can HEAR the phones ring through the walls, so another LIE just to control me into submission ... *I approach Joe at the front desk for a room change after obnoxious noise continues. He outright LIES and says "they have no other room available"... The conversation devolves into a power dominance contest and Joe holds all the power. I ask for him to please help me out after I realize my night (and following work day) is utterly doomed in terms of sleep (and being bullied by him) ... He puts me in a different room. Thank you. Do I need to be concerned about the $100.00 deposit not being released for some arbitrary reason? Do I need to be concerned that the front desk staff has my Driver's License information as well as Credit Card data? ... What Joe did to me can be identified as "antisocial sociopathy/psychopathy". Now I have to worry about the "surveillance" he mentioned while bullying me. (BTW, Joe- I walked around the property trying to pin-point where the noise was coming from so I didn't falsely accuse someone)... But he was too crazy to have a rational conversation with me. 1am- I am posting this review publicly after the exchange between myself and front counter staff, Joe. Just in case he further decides to retaliate against me and I go missing in the morning. I am reminded what an insane, unsafe world this is- 3 Palms Hotel, Tucson Arizona. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. I was going to book an additional night prior to that exchange, (and the subsequent research @ Service Animal Accomodations via Americans with Disabilities Act) however- after such deplorable treatment I would never stay here again. Note/update, to owners- the polite women at the front desk this morning helped me feel much more comfortable being on the property. Please address Joe, he's definitely a liability.

I feel compelled to leave a review even though our stay was refunded, because guests deserve to know about the lack of care from this property. We originally booked through Airbnb and disclosed that we were attending a foster/adoption event. When that event was cancelled, we decided to keep our reservation and make it a short holiday. Check-in went smoothly, and at first the room looked beautiful and well-prepared. However, within 20 minutes of being there, I was stung by a bee right outside the room. My finger swelled instantly, and that was only the beginning. Soon after, we found a tick in the room. The staff immediately tried to suggest it came from our foster dog, but our dog had a verified clean bill of health to attend the event. To be safe, we brushed him thoroughly—no ticks were present. An hour later, when we returned from dinner, we discovered six more crawling in the room. When I shared a video of this online, multiple people pointed out that they looked like bed bugs. Regardless, ticks or bed bugs—both are completely unacceptable in a hotel room. When we reported this, the front desk told us to “contact the Airbnb host.” This made no sense, as the Airbnb host is also the owner and operator of the hotel. Instead of addressing the issue, they told us it was “our choice to evacuate.” How is it a choice to stay in a room that is clearly unsafe and unsanitary? We requested sealed trash bags from the front desk so we could protect our belongings from possible infestation during checkout, which they reluctantly provided. This entire experience made it clear that guest health and safety are not priorities at 3 Palms Hotel. I would not recommend staying here. No guest should ever have to worry about bees, ticks, or bed bugs in their room, nor should they be dismissed by staff when raising serious concerns.

I stayed at Three Palms in Tucson for one night on my way to the West Coast, and it turned out to be one of my favorite stays in Arizona so far! From the moment I checked in, the evening manager, Mr. Elijah, made me feel so warm and welcome. Even though I arrived a little late, he still went out of his way to accommodate me, offered me a couple of waters, and upgraded me to an amazing king suite. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. Now, about the room—absolutely stunning! The suite felt more like a luxury home than a hotel room. Modern luxuries, classy touches, and an elegant interior design that really stood out. As someone with an eye for architecture and interiors, I truly appreciated the details: the combination of gold and royal blue accents, beautifully done finishes in every nook and corner, soft bedding, crisp linens, stylish curtains, and thoughtful layouts. The room had two TVs, a full kitchen, a spotless bathroom, and plenty of space to relax. The property itself is just as impressive—safe, well-lit parking, a sparkling pool, and a well-equipped fitness center make it both convenient and enjoyable. Everything was very clean and welcoming, and I felt comfortable and secure from start to finish. Whether you want to relax by the pool, get a workout in, or just enjoy a quiet, restful stay, this property delivers. This hotel is truly one of a kind—it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel or motel, but instead like a boutique luxury stay. I highly recommend Three Palms to anyone visiting Tucson. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed. From someone who reviews hotels often, I can confidently say this is one of the best I’ve stayed at in Tucson, and even in Arizona. Truly a hidden gem!

I was assigned reservations by my employer for a two week stay Monday-Friday then another Monday-Friday. My first week my room was very dirty! Old floss picks were under the bed, floors were very dirty, urine stains running down the front of the toilet bowl, overall cleanliness was very poor! After noticing the issue over the few hrs time being in the room I called the front desk my first night to notify them of the issues. i was told they would perform a deep clean in the morning well I would be at work. Tuesday after returning from work the room was not cleaned. I spoke with Elijah and was told a deep clean would not have been possible being it takes a full day and I would be moved rooms. After looking at the room they had moved me to a refused to change rooms because the new room was worse and requested my room be cleaned properly! Jason was dispatched and arrived within 5 mins. He cleaned my original room with quality, care and concern. I then finished out the week with no more issues. Being the reservation was set by my employer my second week was unfortunately set at the same location. My second week I was met with absolute horrible customer service by the front office staff! After a few hrs of getting settled into my room I discovered the shower door would not close and the shower handle would fall off due to missing hardware. After expressing the issues to Irene and requesting maintenance take a look at the shower door due to not wanting to unpack my belongings and be moved rooms also having lack of trust in a new room being clean, Irene became very unprofessional and argumentative and dismissive. She had asked me if i didn’t like the place why would I make a second reservation. I responded letting them know the reservation was not made by myself and I also believe everyone deserves a second chance and asked why they would not want the second opportunity at someone’s business. Elijah witnessed the conversation and said I was calling their maintenance staff incompetent. She also stated out of my other two coworkers I was the only one complaining. I stated the maintenance staff is not incompetent and if not informed they cannot make repairs. I had said I felt the maid service was not properly informing them of issues when preforming cleaning services in the rooms. Elijah then informed me that maintenance leaves at 5pm and moving rooms was my only option. Oddly enough well we were discussing the matter the maintenance man just so happen to walk in the lobby. The time was 5:50pm when we were discussing the issues! Their maintenance man Tony said he was more than happy to come take a look at the shower door. He also informed me when I had asked what time he is done for the day he leave at 8pm so it appears Elijah lied. Tony inspected the shower door and verified that it was not functioning properly and agreed to come back in one hr to make an adjustment to the door and fix the issue! Tony returned within the time frame given and corrected the issue regarding the shower door not closing. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and unprofessional responses and lack of care give by the office staff. Furthermore I must add Tony and Jason were very professional and more than happy to address the issues I had experienced! Not all the staff is bad here but Irene and Elijah are doing the hotel a great disservice treating customers in the manner they do. The pool was clean, the putting green was well taken care of and the BBQ area was excellent! I would give the hotel 3.5 stars out of 5 and the front office staff 0 stars out of 5. Overall I would or recommend the establishment due to the unprofessional office...

EXPEDIA should state clearly that this place is not pet-friendly, only dog-friendly, and in actuality is CAT PHOBIC. They kicked me and my cats out when I tried to extend my stay.

Yes, at the end my fault because when I booked I just saw it was "pet-friendly" and as in all my other hotel stays that was an encompassing term for pets not only dogs, so I did not looked at the fine print on the third page that pet meant only dogs, and pointedly said NO CATS.

When I checked in there was no problem but we referred to them as pets, when I asked to not have the room cleaned the next day cause my cats get scared they vacated me. The workers were just very very very dutifully following orders, so at the end is the property owners awful policies and EXPEDIA not clarifying the term PET FRIENDLY means ONLY DOGS . The manager was "gracious" enough to let me have a late check out cause I pleaded for them to let me give them their meds and give some time for them to kick in so the car trip wouldn't be so awful to them... I asked why were they so phobic to cats to which they gave me very uninformed answers such as cats spray, scratch, and cause extreme damage to property. My cats, as mostly all of pet cats, are spayed/neutered, so there is no spray, they are not feral, and for the most part super calm as cats do not enjoy traveling. In the case of scratching, a simple detractor, if needed, is just a jacket on top of the surface but funny enough there are no surfaces to scratch in the room; my pets were clean, quiet, sweet, and just calm under the bed.

I thought this was a great place to just get some rest for them and for me from the road as we were moving through cities, so did not medicated them so they could pee and eat. But I was soooo wrong. It ended up being awful, mostly for them as I had to rush them out and their meds did not kicked in so they were crying for a three hours before they calmed down in the car and the medication started working.

Traveling cats with owners ARE NOT FERAL and WILL NOT destroy property, as much as sweet dogs could, so no real justification for this discrimination.

PET definition: a domestic or tamed animal kept for companionship or pleasure. NOT ONLY A DOG.

The manager followed orders, I guess, and have to say she did grated an extra hour for check out after me trying to explain the situation, so the gabapentin on my pets kicked in to calm them on the road (it needs 6 hours) since I was suddenly kicked out, but this property should be avoided for all people who are traveling, owns, or like cats.

Yes at the end pet friendly is a misleading term so look into what it means for the 1% of the hotels who...
