Today I ordered a hot fudge sundae in a waffle bowl. When I was handed the sundae, I noticed that there was no hot fudge, when I was told that that came with it. I inquired about this and the worker gave me a cup of hot fudge to put on myself. She said that she did not want to do it because it would create a mess, but expected me to assume that responsibility when that was clearly their job. I asked how I was supposed to do this, and she just shrugged, not even offering a solution. I then asked if they had any bigger container, and she gave me another small container and tried to tip the sundae into it. At this point the waffle bowl cracked. I was on a schedule so I just poured the hot fudge on the ice cream, which dripped everywhere and looked very unappealing. I asked if I had needed to specify that I wanted hot fudge, and they said no, that the employee who rung me up entered it in into the computer wrong. They laughed about this, and then they threw a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream at me and said it was because I had to “construct my own sundae”. If I had wanted to do that, I could have bought the ice cream and sundae ingredients at my local grocery store for a fraction of the price. Instead of making me a new sundae, I had to pay for their mistake with my time and the mess of a sundae. I found them to be quite uncooperative and will think twice before coming back to this establishment. The ice cream is not that impressive; I can easily find the quality somewhere else where my order won’t get mangled and I won’t have to construct my own $10 sundae. Everywhere else I have been are quick to fix their mistake and apologize for the inconvenience instead of making it the problem of the customer, who is the reason they have their jobs. A free scoop of ice cream absolutely does not make up for a whole sundae, and I am frankly insulted by the way this situation...
Read moreI just moved here from out of state and was constantly hearing about how great this ice cream is. I got the coffee chocolate chip and it was the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. Like seriously I’ve had better store bought tub ice creams. The ice cream had a weird waxy texture to it and the chocolate chips in it tasted stale. The customer service was kinda weird too. Just a bunch of kids who don’t really know what they are doing. I asked for an ice water with my ice cream and was handed a cup of hot tap water. Very disappointed, I thought this was supposed to...
Read moreExcellent ice cream! We visited from Connecticut and wasnt sure we would find ice cream comparable to New England. This exceeded our expectations!! The Monkey Business and Sticky Fingers were very tasty!! The girl that helped us was great, I wish I got her name. It was around 445pm on Friday 3/14. My husband told her we could just share a sample to taste but I accidentally stuck the whole thing in my mouth! She was very kind and gave him one of his own! We were very happy with the service and the ice cream! We wish we had one of these places at...
