WOW! All I can say is WOW. I have never had an experience quite like this. I have had my nails done about 5 timea in my life ( I am not much of a nail girl). Every time I have had a horrible experience! They were all rushed jobs leaving me with chunky uneven nails. I was left with cuts, sores, and even an infection. The designs were never correct & shape was horrible. From previous experiences you would understand why I was more then impressed. She was amazing the second I walked in the door. The waiting room was clean & comfortable. She even took me in early. I was greeted & provided water right as I walked in. She had hundreds of colors to select from & I found a unique one that was an exact match to my dress. She took her time & carried out conversation. We even watched "Deal or no deal". She took her time & was so gentle. She was meticulous & slow paced with my design & I knew I had made the correct decision. It was a fine line design & she exceeded my expectations. I could go on & on. But long story short, my experience was 100/10 and I will definitely be returning. GO HERE IF YOU WANT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you so much Lucy!

Additional: I broke 2 nails after a week (longest nails have ever lasted for me). I was so in love with the nails & wasn't ready to give them up so I messaged Lucy to see how much it would be to fix them. She had me in the next morning! She completely re-did the broken nails & reinforced 2 others that had cracks FOR FREE! I have never been...

Dont go!! After getting the BEST pedicures and manicures EVER for 2 years, we went in on Oct 7th, and will NEVER go back!! Leaving on vacation for my birthday, 3 nails fell off in the 1st two days!!! I Lucy won’t refund it, or the $90 she charged me for a Dip Manicure. ($20 of it was to treat my cuticles??)) , so I just paid $250 for 2 pedis, 1mani., Im on vacation with no nails, plus had to spend another $50 to take a taxi across town to have my nails taken off, and come back. 🤨😢

Lucy. That is a BOLDFACE LIE. And you KNOW IT!! In fact, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if my nails would hold nails, as they were in such bad shape!!! You said they would! I TRUSTED YOU. It turns out you’re leaving and going back to Vietnam as soon as your supplies run out!! I asked for my $90 back, plus the $55 gift certificate. YOU REFUSED!!!

How could I come back when I left on vacation in the Florida Keys the next day. I just posted before and after photos. I hardly think those are “long nails”.

Lucy is hands down the best at what she does. It's hard to find someone who consistently gives the same attention to detail, and quality work every time. I trust her 100% with any design I bring to her.

In the second picture that has the black French tip design... I've had this design done in the past by others who have never matched Lucy's skill level. She made sure to dip almost all the black and just gel paint the black lines. Other places I've been to paint all the black leaving it to only wear off at the tips and never last. I also never feel like there is a rush to get you out the door like other places do. Plus, because it's by appointment only I've never had to wait to get started.

Lucy also is always there to help fix a broken nails too, because let's face it ladies our hands can get pretty physical at times. I feel blessed to have been luck enough to have found her. So happy to have found my...
