Nobody can read paper and relay their actual loan APR over the phone to what the contract says. I had to call back and suggest another loan option because the officer I worked with seemed like she only knew how to send things to underwriting and not how to negotiate terms. She would have rather cancelled the first loan than offer another option. Also, the phone experience/return call time was a joke. - Sit on the automated call for 20 minutes if you type the correct option, only to reach someone, and get offered a call back. Local branch staff in Neenah is chill tho. Would totally invite them to the barbeque....
