Update (6/27/21): This was my first time going back to the movies since the start of the pandemic. The popcorn and pretzel were both good and prices are what you'd expect to pay. If you buy online, there is a separate area, across from the concessions, where you can check in and skip the other lines. The only complaint I had was the temperature inside theater 2. It was way too hot. I mentioned it to who I believed to be the on-duty manager (per the sign behind his head) and he mentioned both theater 2 & 9 are having the issue. It wasn't too hot to the point of having to leave the theater, but it was uncomfortable. The movie quality and audio were all good.
[Past Review] Below is how I would rate this place:
Video Quality: 4/5 Audio Quality: 4/5 Food Quality: 3/5 Popcorn Quality: 4/5 Prices (ticket): 5/5 Prices (food): 3/5 Seating/Chair Quality: 2/5 Legroom: 1/5. I am slightly over 6' and have a bad knee. I was unable to stretch my leg during the movie (unless I wanted to leave) and left in pain.
The prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. If the tickets were available, I would've rather gone to Crossroads Theater in Portage. They have better quality for seats (they recline) and have foot rests, more legroom, and overall better selection for...
Read moreThe last two times I was in the theater I had issues. The first, the movie started late and with no audio/midway through the movie and it took 3 people going out into the lobby to have them restart the movie to start from the beginning and fix audio. We were refunded for our tickets (after the general manager was not very sympathetic- the actual owner of the K10 gave us movie passes). Which was great! However I went to see another movie the following week and there was a kids birthday party that was hosted at the theater- the kids were all running around, yelling/laughing/talking/jumping and getting in and out of their seats. So theater staff came in to address it and multiple movie goers (including me) kept asking and then yelling for them to be quiet! No theater staff came in and intervened. I know there are sensory showings at the theater, but this was not one of them, and as A theater hosting events like this and having it affect everyone else bc they were extremely disruptive, I was disappointed and probably wonât be attending this theater for a while. Very...
Read moreCame on the Saturday of the opening weekend for Barbie, got tickets for the 10:10pm showing around 9:20pm. Went to get food (hadn't had dinner as we had been busy all day so we just planned to eat at the theater), my husband asked about the size of the pizzas and we were told they can't do any hot food at 9pm so no pizzas, no hot dogs, no pretzels. When we asked about nachos, we were greeted with attitude and a huff but the employee got us nachos, then my husband asked for peanut m&ms and was rudely told they were out and the cashier didn't bother to check or even say sorry for them being out of stock. Don't see how opening weekend of some big movies (Barbie and Oppenheimer) and the concessions are limited to some candies, nachos, popcorn, and soft drinks. Made us feel like it was a burden to wait on us and I regret not making the drive to the Capri drive in theater like our original plan for tonight. I do not recommend, go celebration cinema or even plainwell instead of going to K10. The quality of service is worth the...
