I stopped in looking for a specific item. They didn’t have what I needed, but reached out to all of their other stores to see if anyone else had it in stock. When none of the other locations had it, they called Scheels to see if they had it in stock. They called a competitor! What amazing customer service. I didn’t make a purchase today, but I will absolutely be back to do so in the future. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in decades!...

I love this store! I stopped in before I went to my first Chiefs game for some gear and it was so hard walking back out with two items! Everything in the store is so nicely displayed, organized, and of course beautifully made. There are some many unique T-shirt’s and apparel to choose from. Local Kansas City art and products and one of the way thing is that the products are all local. This has become one of my favorite places to go for any kind to KC...
