Owosso Floral & Gifts — Attraction in Owosso

I went in to purchase flowers for our church altar on Sunday.

It took almost 45 minutes to order the flowers, The girl who was running the register I had to explain to her several times what the address to the church was what street it was on which FYI is two blocks from the store. My sister was with me at the time because we were buying the flowers together and she ended up. She walked away. She couldn't handle it. It was so frustrating trying to explain to this woman where the church was and what time to deliver.

I got a call from the church few days later that asked if I could have them delivered a half hour earlier than I expected. I called Owosso floral. She said the order was there and they would be delivered on time.

Owosso Floral is the most incredible business. I was in a pinch, due to online pretend florist, who promised they could deliver by the date I needed. Only to get email, telling me they couldn't do it.

I called Owosso floral and explained my situation. She was so kind and understanding.

She said she had other deliveries that morning, BUT she was kind enough to come in early to get the arraignment done and delivered before her other deliveries. I could not believe that she would rearraign her work schedule to accommodate me.

She was a True Blessing to me. I would recommend them for any of your floral needs. With the world as harsh as it is, it was so nice to find a kind soul so willing to help.

The Flowers were gorgeous. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The saving grace in this 4 star rating was Lisa. I understand some colors where not available. I just wish there was a way to update the website so when people order flowers in a color shown on the website and then get a call the next day stating they don't have the color you ordered. I was suppose to receive a call prior to the flowers leaving the shop from the driver. That never happened. But thanks to Lisa for her great time and effort into this that the where delivered within an acceptable amount of time when I was finally able to get through to the florist shop.
