Desert Crossing — Attraction in Palm Desert

My wife and I have been seeing on the tv about a new place called Bob's Furniture Store in Palm Desert. We went to check it out to see what is was about. We were greated by a young man named Luis . He was very helpful thru the whole process from beginning to end. He sat with us and wasnt rushing us at any moment. He made us feel right at home along with his manager Brandon and the rest of the staff. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family . We had an awesome experience. They have so much to choose from on selections of furnishings for anyones home or office. Where the shade at? If you know the desert, you're always fighting for the shaded parking spots, amiright? They planted trees here about 16 years ago and they still haven't grown enough to protect you from searing steering wheels and blazing bucket seats!

So other than the parking lot issues the stores here are pretty decent - Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Marshalls. They lost Sports Authority but got lucky when Ulta and Best Buy moved from more expensive leases. Pier One Imports (RIP), Total Wine, DSW and Guitar Center definitely help it rise above the others. Food wise they're lacking a coffee shop (they had a CB&TL but that disappeared and I guess they have a Starbucks in the Target) but they have a Chipotle, an Islands and an IHOP. Aldi groceries just moved in but again, where...

Just ok..... staff was friendly. Prices,,,, kinda high in today's online world. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT THING HERE... while in Bed Bath & Beyond I tied to check competitor pricing I notice my phone (Verizon) would not connect to the internet.... AT ALL... I do believe Bed Bath & Beyond is blocking cell phone service within their store 🤔🤔🤔..... AS SOON as I walked out to the parking lot I was able to access the internet and use my phone!!

In today's online shopping climate.... If the only thing your company can do is block cell service so customers can't compare prices .... your company is in REALLY BAD SHAPE.. sad.... There are always older folk to take advantage of..... I guess.......🤤😔😕😞....

On another note. Please clean up.... remodel the men's bathroom... It is beyond GROSS!...
