I always hate the overly dramatic reviews. I feel like this sounds like I'm overly dramatic and looking for something to complain about... I'm not that kind of person. Not impressed. We rarely go to a new restaurant without reading reviews first. We were all starving so we didn't take the time to read. How bad could a place be..... Ughhh. Ordering took a long time. The guy taking our order was apparently new and had no idea what he was talking about. Kept telling me that there would be peppers in the vegetables. He wasn't sure what else.... The fried rice was pretty bland. Steak was chewy. Vegetables were undercooked. The white sauce was like the yum yum sauce you can buy at Walmart. Not great but not horrible. My husband and I got hibachi steak and my daughter got 2 sushi rolls. Our dinners came out after about 15 minutes but still no sushi. We asked for some extra white sauce and the guy told us he'd have to charge us for it.... Ummm ok fine.... Just bring it.... We were almost finished eating and still had no sushi and no white sauce.... My husband went up to the counter to ask... Oh its still not ready... Ok what about the white sauce? We ordered 2 dinners and were given one tiny cup of sauce. Ridiculous... We finally got the sauce and the sushi. It wasn't very good.... When we were already finished and were about to walk out the manager came and asked if she could get us some dessert on the house and apologized for the inconvenience. We told her no thank you. Honestly we wouldn't have tipped but they make you pay and tip when you order. I don't like that system. I wouldn't eat here again if it was the last hibachi place...

The food didn't have any flavor and when it says hibachi I thought it would be cooked fresh. More like warmed up flavorless food from the microwave. That wasn't it and DEFINITELY wasn't what I expected š¤¦š½āāļøš©. The only thing going for them is the guy that took our order. But the food was pure trash. I threw most of what they "did sell us" in the trash. The sushi are pre rolled and refrigerated just like the rest of the food that is pre cooked and heated up. You'll be better off going to publix to get sushi. They don't they practice sanitation as well. I watched two of the girls go from cleaning to the register to the food all in one gwap no gloves or hand washing was done in between, by then I had already gotten my food. I can only pray we don't get sickš³. I'll definitely take a pass next time I'm in Panama City. Also looking through the reviews I guess they "USE" to be good but not any more so don't let the 3,4, and 5 stars fool you. The food here is trash. I've been to cheaper swanky little places and the food was amazing but this is some BS. And plus the girl who gave us our food also accused us of not paying for our food and drinks as well. Which I don't get because as soon as you order you pay...

I called to order the kids chicken hibachi I always add broccoli with no issues, the lady on the phone was rude and told me I cannot do that I said thatās weird I always do she then said ok. I go to pay and assumed my order was correct walked to my car opened the box there was no broccoli so I walked back in and asked about it the nice kid that was working apologized and walked to the kitchen and said itāll be a few mins I sat down for around 6 mins or so he came back out and said they are making me charge $2 if you want to add I said absolutely not I already paid $14 for the kids meal and it wasnāt made correctly. I walked back out with my box no broccoli I called my husband to tell him my experience and how there was barely any food in the box when a kids meal should be more than what I paid for. I then went inside to ask for a refund at this point, the kitchen guy was rudely staring at me and laughing the nice kid went and got the manager Tony he finally came out and didnāt say a word to me I tried to explain he didnāt care handed me the receipt and started to walk away I then asked is this my refund he shock his head and walked away!
