The Trendy Side — Attraction in Panama City

The staff at this shop are extremely rude. I purchased a shirt from them and a week later, it was showing that it still had not shipped. I contacted them and they did send another shirt. When I received the shirt, Brad emailed to say we see you received the original shirt and would like you to mail it back. He definitely needs some coaching on his communication, as he should have initially asked if I received it not accused me of receiving it and apologized for the delay and mixup. Once I got to the mailbox and discovered the original shirt was there, I asked them to invoice me and told them my sister loved it and wanted to purchase it. He then said they can’t invoice and for her to go online and purchase it “sooner than later.” I immediately sent her the link. Within less than a day, he was emailing again to ask about her purchasing the shirt. She was in the urgent care with her son, while he was sending emails making me feel like we were trying to steal the shirt. I called and spoke to someone in the store and told her the situation about my sister in the urgent care and how she wanted to purchase the shirt but couldn’t at this very moment, as well as how Brad needed some coaching. I’m going through a horrible divorce and a single mother with 3 kids and was trying to get them extra business and when I explained that to the employee, Taylor, she said “I can’t control what you’re going through in your life.” She was heartless and so unkind. I am returning the shirt and will not ever be purchasing from this store again....

Incredible customer service! I purchased on line and there was an issue with USPS tracking (no fault of The Trendy Side’s!). They were so helpful when I called about it and they followed up with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Their prices are great and my sweater was better quality than I even expected from the picture. They epitomize what “shop small” is all about. If you’re local to (or visiting) Panama City Beach, please visit. If you’re not local (like me), do let that stop you. They ship free on any orders more than $100 and the personalized service...
