The game and the venue were great but getting there and happenings while there were not so great:\

Group Event $$$$ The back office and front office need to communicate. It most likely was our salesperson, but the confirmed dates and place were botched from the minute our salesperson got involved. A lot of back and forth. In addition, I had to reach out the day before asking how we get our group tickets because there were no instructions. Then I had to spend time I didn't plan on (creating an address file for each person) to transfer EACH ticket one by one. And each person had to download an app and sign in/up. Those who plan events know how busy you are the day before. Tedious. The volunteers guarding the stairs to the levels you will be on act like that, volunteers. No ownership of understanding that the stairs lead to the same place no matter which side I go up. I can walk up the stairs (they are guarding) and over to my area once up there. Instead I had to walk back against the coming crowd carrying event items to another set of stairs. The catering setup is a bit confusing (you share catering with other groups there that day – so there is no chance of you taking food home that you bought and paid for). Not that we would want to; the food was mediocre at best. My team asked if the burgers were real beef; the chips were stale. There was no last call for the food we paid for, and suddenly, it was put away/gone. There should be a last call, as there is a game going on that we are paying attention to. I gave the bartender my cc for the tab, and even though I was sitting with my group in the seats assigned to us, he apparently didn't look and went to someone else to close it out, and they used their card instead. This is unacceptable. Upon approaching him afterward about not finding me and not using my card and using our client's instead, he said well, you should have told me that when you gave me your card! Excuse me? I must tell you to find me and charge the card I gave you upon giving it to you for the tab? How could I predict you could go to someone else? Frustrating experience at best. A beautiful setting ruined by inept stewards...

The spring training season is not well run. It's a BIG parking area but I think they could do a better job helping the Disabled. I found the Disabled and Handicap procedures somewhat lacking. here's what I observed March 2018. MAIN PROBLEM: Handicap right lot in front of the ballpark where there is hard surface for wheel chair patrons is used for valet and they charge over $20-$25 for that. Lot attendants/greeters at the entrance do not clearly explain or ask about the disabled needs. They send most people to a distant lot with no hard surface area and use a TROLLEY to take people from that lot to the entrance. (1) if you can't use the stairs to get in that is useless. (2) there is a long delay (20 minutes+ in my experience) as they used only 1 trolley. I give this 1 star but the people are friendly and the park is nice which is worth 4 stars. Note I am not disabled but was with someone that was and observed the difficulty of her and others that could not easily get up and down the stairs without help. So you should fix this and figure out where you send the able bodied valet cars and save those spaces for people that need a flat...
