Sunglass Hut — Attraction in Paradise

Justin at Sunglass hut in Macy’s women is amazing! Best customer service. My husband has been looking for a pair of sunglasses for about 7 years. Justin was so patient listened to needs and preferences and pulled out many pairs that were fitting. Ultimately he tried on Tom Ford and although the price point was way higher he bought them. My husband definitely felt comfortable and very grateful that Justin was patient and even though it was close to closing time he still gave great non rushed service....

The employee working Cecelia was amazing with my first ever insurance return. Long story short, I break all of my sunglasses and was told the last time I bought them to get the insurance. So, I did and inevitably, I broke them. Cecelia made the exchange so easy! Helped with picking a new style also. She let us know about the current deals and offered to adjust them for me also....
