Let me introduce you to my new favorite spot for authentic Italian cuisine in Las Vegas.

If you love Zeppola cafe (located at the Grand Canal Shops) like we do, you have to head over to their newly opened restaurant, Ambrosia Cafe, located at the heart of Fashion Show Mall.

We tried: the Cacio e pepe pasta served table side (excellent presentation & the cheese had the perfect amount of saltiness), the Pork shank with pumpkin infused risotto (fall-off-the-bone delicious! Highly recommend this!), the Spicy vodka rigatoni made at the table (pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was heavenly), their signature Pistacchiosa pizza romana (light, crisp crust. Toppings were very flavorful), and for Dessert the tiramisu table side and the fresh cannoli siciliani. We also got the Pistachio Cream Latte, a Mimosa, and a Bellini, which we really enjoyed.

Overall, we were highly impressed with everything we ate from start to finish. This place definitely deserves five stars for the ambiance, the presentation, the delicious, authentic Italian flavors, and for the overall experience.

The taste of Italy has come to Fashion Show Mall. Ambrosia Cafe & Bar ( located directly across from the Apple Store ) is An authentic Italian restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Fashion Show Mall. The food is delicious and it’s made fresh from the scratch every day. We have tried their pasta and pizza and it was fresh and very flavorful. The food is excellent: a true Italian flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients ( that you can taste the difference) with budget friendly prices. Whatever you order from the menu you can not go wrong, because everything is so flavorful and freshly made. For dessert we had their famous Italian pastries ( pistachios croissants 🥐) that are baked fresh every day at their Zeppola Cafe & bakery ( located inside the Venetian Casino) . A MUST TRY pistachio croissant ! The staff is super friendly and inviting. We have met the general manager and the owner and they are extremely attentive and genuine and passionate about their restaurant and their authentic Italian cuisine. The food was great!! But the attitudes were less than desired. Especially the woman with the dark hair serving the drinks. As many times as we’ve said thank you, she returned not even a smile or response. Just snatch and go. We all looked at each other in confusion. No one asked if we’d like refills on our drinks, and the waiter wasn’t attentive at all. We all felt very unwelcomed. They definitely aren’t pulling in the customers, and I can see why.
