Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Paradise

If I could take stars away from them i would... the cashier for one was rude and ordering people around in line... the line started to curve so we could stay out of people's way and she was yelling at us saying we needed to go back to the way it was. Well excuse me for trying to be polite and stay out of the way. A lot of other customers weren't too happy about her piss poor attitude. After we got to the front we were asking about military discount. She didnt understand, so my spouse showed his id and she gave us a look of disgust. Then she realized oh ok military. After we paid, we ended up waiting over 20 minutes. Then we finally received our food. Well my spouse bit into his burger and bright pink inside... I'm pregnant so I took a bite and bright pink... spit it out and my spouse went to complain. Once we complained the answer we got was well that is how we naturally make our burgers and if u dont want pink u have to ask for it well done..... HOW in the world is anybody supposed to know they are the only restaurant that does not cook their burgers all the way through!!! People are going to get sick eating raw burgers. This was the 1st and last time I am eating here. They corrected the burgers but it took them another 20 minutes to do so... once I finally was able to eat it without the risk of killing my child, the burger was not all that. I'd rather go to mcdonalds and spend 1.80 on a cheeseburger and be more satisfied with them. The whole meal was almost 20 for 2 burgers and some fries......

first and for most I do not want to get any one in trouble here... but this place need more costmer service training...

Yesterday my family and I decided to eat here at this Johnny Rocket... very bad service. The waiter/hostess who seated us had an bad attuide. we asked her for a highchair for my 2 year old son and she ignored us twice. NO ONE came by for drink orders . She did not tell our server for the section.. So about 5 to 10 minutes past I grab a highchair and I went up to a waiter and asked to speak with a manger. The manger never came out but instead our waiter came up and said the foods on us... I said no its ok and paid...thinking food would be execellent. NOP the food was RAW, too salty, and I execpted greasy since this is a hamburger joint. The place was NOT even Packed thats the crazy part.. after I asked for the manger the two waiters came and asked if we were ok... But it was too late we were already upset. Im in the service industry too so I know whats at least good - execellent costmer service. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER FOOD CONTROL AND BETTER COSTMER SERVICE.....

Avoid this place at all costs! When we arrived there was only a table of four sitting down in the restaurant so we figured it would be quick since we were quite hungry. Our server came to take our order, two burgers and a plate of sweet potato fries. After quite some time we started wondering where the fries were; we finally saw the server come out from the back holding a couple plates of sweet potato fries and we were relieved but the plate was for the only other table in the restaurant! So again we waited and we saw the cook place out two burgers on the heat counter but no sign of the server anywhere. Yet again not for us. At that point we were thinking of just heading to CPK because we were tired of waiting. Our burgers arrived though and we were almost finishing our burgers, which weren't that great, when our fries were brought out. No sense in timeliness and our server was MIA most of the time, a table of two sat down but no one ever approached them...
