Fair warning: this is a long review, but it’s important to share. We recently hosted a party for my 4-year-old daughter, and the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish.
We originally booked the party online for 5 PM, but less than 5 minutes later, I called and asked to change the time to 2 PM. I was told it was no problem. However, when I called again the weekend before the party to confirm everything, I was told that I had supposedly agreed to change the party time from 2 PM to 11 AM—which is a complete lie. No one from their team ever called me, and I never agreed to any such change.
I demanded a confirmation to prevent further issues, but even after a few days passed, nothing was sent. I had to call again just two days before the party, and I was told the same story, which made me even more upset because we had already addressed this issue.
Then, I was asked to push my party to 11:30 AM because they had another party at 4 PM and said my 2 PM slot would interfere with their setup. I said no—my party was always supposed to be at 2 PM. I was told repeatedly that I had the basic package and was only allowed 1 hour to set up, which is fine—but when we arrived at the party room, there were no decorations set up despite choosing a theme weeks earlier during the online reservation.
During the party, we were constantly reminded that we had to finish and clean up by 3:30 PM for the next group to start setting up. All of my guests and family helped clean, and we left the room spotless. Yet we were still charged a $45 cleanup fee, even though we did most of the work and the staff barely did anything. On top of that, they charged us for the birthday girl, which is unheard of compared to other party venues we’ve used in the past.
To make things worse, they only had one register open on a busy Saturday, causing long lines and unnecessary delays. The staff seemed overwhelmed and definitely not prepared for the amount of people they were trying to manage. The whole place just felt disorganized and understaffed.
Needless to say, we are never coming back and definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone. The whole experience was beyond disappointing. This was the first and last time we’ll be dealing...
Read morePlease take your child and money somewhere else! There were a few positives about this place : Dunkin Donuts across the hall and they allow you to bring food from outside. Something seemed odd about the place the moment I walked in. No waivers ( didn't realize it until I left), rude person at the entrance just telling me that it was $54 for two kids. The place looked fine from the distance but once I walked in, it was apparent that whoever runs this place does not care much about kids. It is all about making money. There was no air conditioner in 90-degree weather, no toys to play inside but shelves and shelves of overpriced cheap plastic toys for sale at the entrance. Little stations like grocery store, fire station are nothing but decor. They are empty, not a single toy!!! When I started looking closely, nets were ripped and there were huge balls of dust under the tunnels. I am afraid to think about condition of the ballpit ,which looked unsafe from structural standpoint. The bathroom was the dirtiest I have seen in a while. They tell you to take off your shoes and expect you to use some dirty slippers to enter the bathroom. The owner put no effort into making the bathroom looking clean or organized. It was dark, dirty, papers laying all over the place, disgusting floor, and some dirty stained sink in the corner. I really regret not taking pictures of it. When I mentioned to the guy at the front desk that the bathroom was in unacceptable condition for the business that caters to kids, the guy told me it was ok because it has been used by people. Everything about this place is sketchy. I have been to a lot of kids places in the area and this one just does...
Read moreThis place is absolutely cute.... but there was things I didn't like. The ball pit is near an entrance and not gated. This is so dangerous. There was only one person working that entrance, one person for the entire play place and he was video calling woth skmeone the whole time. Anyone could come in and out meaning a child can just walk out!!! We went here for my son's birthday with another friend and when the kids exit out the one ball pit, they were running out the door. They are 2 under 2. Just not safe! Anyone can come in and take a child too. Dangerous. When I asked why it wasn't gated, i was given a rash answer. Made no sense. Yes, I watch my child but he's quite quick and if I'm coming out behind him he has the freedom to roam because its not blocked. Even if there was retractable gaye, something is better than nothing. Just not safe! Very disappointed and mostly at this reason.
Also, in the tunnel there was a lovely brown substance smeared on the walls. All the mesh zippers to block children out were open or ripped. I won't suggest this place or be back. It was sad because it's absolutely cute and can exceed pitential, but not being enclosed is really scary with all this human trafficking that exists. And just clean the tunnels after shift. We were there with 2 other familes, maybe 8 ppl in the facility total. I dont ever usually write reviews, but I am because I hope for the safety of other kids that they can put up a gate
Has much potential to...
