I honestly can't stand shopping for suits but The Suit Store makes it not only so easy, quick, and painless, but also a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Every time I've bought a suit here, I've walked away feeling like I got tremendous value in prime-quality, durable, stylish threads, and the expertise and diligence of the associates is unparalleled.

Picture attached of a three-piece suit I found and loved. Wilkins asked me my typical T-shirt and waist size, and he returned mere moments later with the suit in a size that fit just about perfectly. In my experience, that almost never happens; you always have to try on 2-4 suits before settling on something.

Wilkins and Sean teamed up for some basic measurements for tailoring (pant hem, sleeve length, waist). I needed the suit tailored within 5 days and despite being overwhelmed with rush orders, they scheduled my suit to be finished in 3 days. Then when I got out of the dressing room, Wilkins had already picked out a perfect pair of socks to complement my suit/shirt combo. I had asked for the same tie worn by the display mannequin, but Sean was prepared with another tie that looks substantially better and is more versatile.

I mention all of this in detail because I don't think I spent more than 35 minutes in the store. That's not all though. I had asked for a couple price checks so Wilkins intuitively noticed I was on a budget and he seriously hooked me up at the register without mentioning it at all. The suit was $40 less than its tag price, and $15 off the socks too. The tie cost $29 but a department store would easily charge $60 for it. I was expecting the total to be roughly $100 more than it was.

To summarize, the specialists are a legitimate pleasure to deal with and it's a waste of money and time to buy a suit...

I stopped by here twice and the sales people hound you down. I don't know how this place has great reviews as not once, but twice I stopped by with two different sales people and they only care about making a sale. I used to be in the luxury car sale business and worked in sales many years but never made the customer feel uncomfortable. The first time, I forgot the gentleman's name older white guy literally brushed off all my concerns. I asked him to try out a white button down and he's like "why for" I told him, it's my big day and I want to make sure I look good in a Tux but he didn't seem to care. I also kept on telling him I wanted a Slim Fit suit yet he was showing me a regular fit suit. I'm the customer and I should pick out what I like. I don't mind suggestions or opinions however, the sales person was very nasty and trying to rush us out telling me that it's all the same. No it's not! I went down a store to the Grooms club and purchased an amazing suit with the salesperson there with no sales pressure. I suggest whoever the owner or manager of this place is to reconsider training for your staff. Myself, being in sales, I felt very uncomfortable.
