I came in to simply observe to produce a review. The employees were very respectful, EXCEPT the manager himself.. shocking, I know. I caught myself in a conversation with 2 customers for about 30 minutes of the 35 minutes I was there. We were talking about cars, and then just so suddenly the manager told ME.. ONLY ME that I have 2 minutes tops to leave before he quote.. “call the Parma police”. At first me and both the customers I spoke too gave him a confused looked, and the manager apologized too one customers saying “I’m sorry about that, I’ll have him leave now” and the customer assured him that I was not bothering him whatsoever. I also replied saying “I’m not sure how or why you feel that way but I guess I will still leave. Before I leave though,!may I use the restroom?” He told me “No.” and I walked out honestly confused and upset. I was going to start coming to this location regardless where I live due to its massive selection, but now I refuse because of the troubled manager. I’m not sure if you were having a tough day or what, but please make sure to remember overall not too treat anyone else like that because last time I checked, multiple people told me that place is a very nice hangout.. and what was I doing? Read moreI went into the shop earlier today and I had quite a few technical questions about the different kinds of nectar collectors they had on display. The original gentleman that greeted me couldn't help me. So, I asked him if anyone there had more knowledge on the nectar collectors and could answer more in depth questions I had, and that's when met Rylan. Rylan had to be the most knowledgeable guy in the entire store that I could have ever encountered! Of all time! I mean, I must've asked him like a hundred questions about the stuff today, and let me tell you guys, he had a well educated and detailed answer for every single question I asked him! He had the correct information that I needed, and he had patience to go with it. I found out about and he told me about every tip they had in the store, what each one was made from, the difference between each one, and what it was like to heat them up to optimal temperature in comparison with the rest because I was worried about applying such hot heat to the delicate glass pieces that he was showing me while he was explaining things to me. Now, I have no worries or any doubts of the quality of the product that I ended up selecting to purchase! Read moreThis place used to be one of the only good things about Cleveland. Now it's one of the worst. Bought a new vape while I was in town again after mine failed, and it didn't work out of the box. Brought it back a day later and they said there was nothing they could do. Had to buy a new one and I just left the one I bought yesterday with them so that hopefully they will look and see how defective it is and i would hope they took it off the shelf, but they wont since they obviously dont care. I had the previous model from a few years back with no issues over those three years. Should also mention that the employee working recommended this vape because of the requirements I mentioned but he also said that this vape didnt have the one thing i needed when i brought it back. (being able to push the button instead of auto draw) but i read through the instructions several times and spent hours working to fix it and he was wrong, hope you guys will get back to being a great shop eventually but i wont give it another chance.. You guys should have covered this defective device. I shouldn't have had to buy another....
