I had such an incredible experience!! It started off by a phone call to the store . Lacee and Jimmunio were so helpful and super knowledgeable! Had purchased a dining set from the Jackson collection online and wanted it picked up in store . I could have went to the Kirkland’s near me but instead I drove 45mins to this location. Lacee had it ready and setup to load up. Not only did she had our order ready but she had went over and beyond to help me fulfill the complete look. Went out of her way to find item numbers and product at other stores and online. I am so in love with my purchases and I highly recommend shopping at this location or buy online and ship to this location. Thank you so much Lacee for taking care us. The customer service was GREAT!!! First time shopping with Kirkland and I will definitely be a returning...

Ordered 2 things online to be shipped to this store. I picked up my box to find both items in one giant box and minimal packaging. Of course the object was broken, how could it not be when it has 2 feet of room to fall all over the place in the box? Will be getting a refund and not buying from this place again. Highly...
