Las Delicias Mexicanas 2 — Attraction in Pasadena

Came here to order a piñata two weeks ahead of time. When I inquired on the day it was supposed to be done and ready for pick-up, I was told that it was written on the wrong notebook and it wasn't made. Was told that the lady that makes piñatas can do them overnight so I said I would pick up the next day. Came the next day and it was not great, it was definitely rushed. I seen their piñatas, and they are very nice - I can tell the lady had talent but unfortunately ours was bad. The owner was super kind, and gave me the deposit refund back. I have no complaints about her - but the lady that worked there was telling me that "nothing was wrong with the piñata", and "to me it looked fine". I was not going to argue with her, I just told her I was waiting for my money. The inconvenience to go elsewhere and grab a random piñata 2 days before the party is what lead me to write...

Very disappointed in my experience with them. I had chosen them due to good reviews all the way from New York. The employees did not know how to communicate with me so instead they blocked me with no answer, no refund whatsoever! Call private a lady confirmed i was blocked on the phone, then i had someone else reach out to me the correct way. Today she reaches out to me again (Great, Thanks) ( i was acknowledged) so situation was handled great they just didnt have a candy i ordered i said “replace it with whichever “ no big deal on that one candy. Then i receive a call that they issued a refund and if i can pay with another card.

Such a cute bright and fun place!!! First of all you have to appreciate the staff!!! Totally helpful but most of all FRIENDLY!!! You’re greeted the second you walk in!! Just makes you excited to see what goodies you’re gonna find!! And talk about perks!!! Taste test offers on certain Michelada syrups, pastas and more!! Trust me, with all the different flavor options.... taste tests are AWESOME!!! Variety.... oh wow, I think I wanted to buy something from every shelf!!! From spicy to sweet and colorful to crunchy, sooo much yumminess!!! This is a fun stop rather it’s just to pick a sweet treat or loading up for a party or event!! They have it all !!!!
